At the current stage, I've gathered this is a single player mod only.  Has there been discussion on how to get this available online or in a single play instance where multiple people can join?  What about using some of the third party developed apps like FiveM or GTA:MP?  I did a search and couldn't find much about this besides people inquiring about updates to them.

 

Currently my group plays on FiveM and there are updates just about every 3-4 weeks.  They currently have an active bug tracker and the mods/scripters seem to be doing what they can considering they are probably doing this on their own time. 

There are no plans to release LSPDFR for online, however it still could be a possibility as the development team has only stated that it will never be supported for GTA Online (for obvious reasons).

it'll be up to RPH if it works with the third party online mods. because if you can get that going then LSPDFR should work. that being said LSPDFR will most likely only be supported with single-player but possible to run on multiplayer. this was the case with LCPDFR and GTA IV mulitplayer.

Also, keep in mind this is just my personal opinion and not an official answer from the Community Team or Staff of the site =)

Yeah, I have played around with the Ragehook, but haven't been able to get the mod and script hook to work.

Well, the Police mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/policemod-2 works online somewhat. I also suggest some of the mods that they suggest when installing the main mod, if compatible. Hope I helped!

No modification based on Scripthook V or RPH can provide true multiplayer compatibility. Even if RPH allowed scripts to run online, it wouldn't improve the situation much, really.

Only a project like FiveM can provide true synchronized online play. Right now we are keeping a keen eye on FiveM to see when it gets to a state in which we could consider an online version. FiveM and GTA-MP are about a year away from being anywhere near complete enough to even consider.

Yes, PoliceMod does infact work for Online and I am a support member for the mod.

That's the reason why I am fine with LSPDFR being Story Mode only. I still play Online regularly and it is nice not to worry about it because this mod doesn't modify any file and won't get you any red flag when you go online.
