GTA Online license plates

Hi y'all,

while nearly every post I've found about license plates is about how to change them to be closer to reality, yet I've found no one talking about using the real in game plates buried somewhere in the files.

As you can see in the attached picture, we can only see the plates on the left side until the ecola one, on actual traffic however I'd love to see all of them used in the game. Why not have person from Yankton or Las Venturas smuggel something in or have a warrant in San Andreas?!

Is there by any chance a mod that enables all of the plates to be seen on npc cars (preferably not on vehicles owned by the city/state (like police cars or buses)) - and if not could that be a feature for the future?
