I have watched the videos numerous times and have not seen the answers to my questions

As for light splashes,  Im afraid that this isn't possible with ELS due to limitations.  You can increase the range,  the intensity and the overall bloom but to position it like carcols.ymt isn't possible,  I'm sorry. But thankfully we have the option to have both carcols.ymt and ELS light stages on the same model so it should help balance out the realism you aim for. I'm on the same boat with you. 

 

I could be mistaken though,  I'll double check on this after work and if I'm wrong I'll message you the correct answer.

No,  it runs on scripthook,  so rage hook isn't needed. As for multiplayer,  I don't have enough information on this to be confident enough with my answer but I think it's been tried and tested,  only works on clientside which means only you  can see the patterns activated and not others. I don't know though.

Well, this goes way too far!

Why so many US police agencies feel the need to put thousands of lights on their cars?

I think some grill lights, a bar and rear deck lights are enough.

Maybe some more lights like intersectors on a slick.

But a lightbar produces so much light. 

There's no need to have more.

@GravelRoadCop With a traffic advisor will it actually take effect on traffic or not? This isn't a major thing just a nice to have.

why are the takedown lights in the lightbar and the spotlights are switched on in all the police cars, is it a bug?

I wouldn't say the developer has a specific release date, but I bet he could give a rough estimate.

IMO, I think a release will be around christmas, judging by all these video's teasing us now, ELS may be around the corner :D

Some people don't want to go through countless pages of thread looking for answers and, due to all the video's being released lately it is completely acceptable to be asking for a release tbh.
