fuck! guys i dont have steam version, and i was wondering, do all rageplugin .dll files such as policeradio etc get affected? like do i need to delete them and redownload them after rageplugin hook update their shit?

Steam won't check the files unless you force it to. Even then, it'll only replace files that were part of the original installation and not the added files from mods and the sort. Not unless it's a modded file like an RPF or something.

RGSC (disc owners) have it worse, they get their crap overwritten on every game launch or so I hear. Steam is easy to fool once you overwrite the files.

Anybody know if the update.rpf and whichever other files are up for download anywhere to downgrade? I wasn't expecting a sudden patch. :/ 

Honestly, I know this upset a lot of people..but this performance update was really needed. I couldn't, and many others as-well were unable to play due to the sh!t update they did previously. I know it sucks they broke the mod, but hey..at-least they fixed their muck up and now we can play LSPD much more better when it gets updated. Hopefully. 

Everyone just have patience, they will update eventually..they have a life too you know. In the meantime, you have LCPD & If you google, I'm sure you can find a backup of the previous update.

A bit late for all that but there are ways to download the original backup files, I'm just waiting for someone to post the link.

We cannot allow users to post a link to original files of the game. If you already updated, you'll have to find the original files yourself or just wait for RagePluginHook to be updated. ScriptHook was already updated to work with this patch.

I see the game updating and I can't even stop it... This is absolutely pathetic! They'll do anything in their power to fix GTA V's performance issues.

There, fixed it for you. Latest update addressed the performance problems introduced in the 1.28 title update. They acknowledged this and released this update to combat the issues, which I may add they did indeed fix the performance problems. 

Ignorance really is bliss for a lot of people, I guess.

I JUST downloaded 0.2a and was about to play then it kept crashing... OH hey look, an unexpected update haha great..

I've downloaded the newest scripthookv and rage plugin, but whenever I boot up the game through rage plugin as usual it crashes instantly. I literally did nothing more than put in the new files which don't seem to be working in my favour.

There was just a GTA V update. It's been talked about the last page or so.

0.2 file and it still wont load.  It gets to where the social club screen is loading me in and then turns black and it says that the game has crashed.  Thanks in advance!

Downgrading to .2 LSPDFR isn't what people are referring to. If you are trying to downgrade to play LSPDFR, you have to downgrade your gtaV. 

for playing gta 5 without lcpdfr for the moment , i just took off all scripthook 5 stuff and it's working .
