The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Really into Role-playing and want to be able to bring my GTA online character to LSPDFR and be able to wear any uniform. Anybody know a a way to do this?

Are you sure? With SNT you can use the online player model and try to find your head (have fun with that lol). And then just get the uniform via the clothes menu.

But I haven't tried it yet because there are so many heads.
