Ok wait, is the ragehook supposed to do anything at the moment? I launch the game through the ragehook launcher just fine but once inside pressing F4 doesn't do anything. Does that mean it's broken?

 

​Windows XP is 14 years old. You shouldn't be surprised you can't run new software on it. The RageHook is not crappy, it's your operating system that can't run such new software. LCPDFR 1.0 wasn't either supported on Windows XP. You need to upgrade to a modern operating system (7, 8, 8.1 or 10) to be able to run LCPDFR and LSPDFR.

​thanks for reply . iknow its not crappy I should of not said than iam just annoyed .anyway my computer is gtx 780 less than one year old on windows 7 but I think its xp so no good what do I need to upgrade

I have a simple question about the weapons, It could seem stupid but I didn't play LCPDFR so I don't know exactly how it work, for the weapons, I suppose we will start with some kinds of weapon like a shotgun and a gun if we are a classic cop, but would we be able to buy new weapons at the amunation and to use "non-LSPD" weapons ?

Also, I'd like to know if there will be kinds of interventions that will require to stealth or let the player be able to, or is the IA not compatible with this way of playing ?

​Well, really if you change your ped model to somthing else and not the three characters the game thinks that you don't have money for some reason and you can't buy anything. For example if you change your skin to the cop and then go to the Vehicle Impond it shows you that you don't have enough cash. So buying weapons probably wont happen but only if they fix this issue.

​How it works in LCPD:FR is you start off with a baseball bat (certain mods change it to a police baton), a pistol and a shotgun. You can use weapons from dead criminals, or that you spawn in with a trainer. 

 

In LSPD:FR I guess we would start with a proper baton, stun gun, pistol and probably a shotgun. More weapons could be picked up from criminals or spawned in. I don't think buying weapons would be a feature, especially how you most likely can't save the game as a different ped or it'll cause issues like it did with GTA IV.

If you change your ped via trainer and try to save it doesn't work. Once you spawn in you're stuck and can't do anything. However they could have some way to get around it.

Never saw anybody mentioning it so, would it be cool of you could earn money while playing as a cop? Maybe it could be wired to one of your playable characters? Sort of a career mode.

Something like different callouts for different player models. You don't need SWAT responding to a noise complaint. But honestly I would be very happy to just be able to arest people at this point. I love LCPDFR/LS and would love to just be able to put someone in cuffs. 10/10. 

Also with the people, 'demanding' an update, I get where they're coming from but still be nice respectful. To the fun killers, STOP BEING BUZZ KILLS, I think it's more disrespectful to stop the hype for they're showing support for the mod makers. But it's a double-edged sword. Try to keep it relevant while also expressing hype. The developers, in my opinion, should release an update not a time stamp. They should say, we have this, this and this working while we have to work at this. Stops the stuff might break so it might change but still gives us an ok time frame. (:

Well im not from the US, and i dont have a clue on all those codes, like code 2 and 3.. what does it really means ?? just so i know what to request while in game :D

​Code 3 is for mostly pursuits but 90% of the time I need to get someone fast I still use code 2. Also never turn your lights on when you want to turn right. All the cars will block you. That's why code 2 is nice, you can shut it off and it's like nothing happened.
