I saw a screen of a Highway Patrol edit for the Interceptor over at GTA5 Mods in the Improved SAHP mod, so it'd be possible.

I'm pretty sure it's not, from the looks of it. That's outside the Mission Row LSPD station I think, and the billboard in the background did "Credit Kings" is definitely a GTA V thing

​They were putting the LS map into IV before the V PC even came out, so it's possible. Props, cars, and peds will be more clues if we could see them well enough.

It is GTA V i can the bike and cars well enough and you tell by the sky.

Nah. That's a false positive.

I'd rather they change the model itself rather than just the color. Someone did that for Trevor, giving him LSPD colors, but he still had SAHP patches and badge, which made it look even more out of place.

​That's not what I meant; Michael has two police outfits- SAHP and LSPD. The LSPD one is a beta which probably was abandoned during development, so it looks different compared to the normal cops. Like this:

By different, you mean that the colors are too bright compared to the dark, midnight blue the male officers have, right? If so, then that should be an easy tweak.
