This. also why does it matter anyway? It most likely won't affect any of us members in any way whatsoever.

could this be an effect of the server moving, but before I had a +2 rating, now I look at those threads and I have a 0 for them both, and now a -1 overall rating. From where I stand I should have a +1 still, but it somehow removed all my good votes.

Nope, it's still in the preparation stage. Send us a link to the posts and I look to see if I can see a valid reason for anyone to -1 you.

I see the post where I get the -1, but the two posts which I had a +1 for, no longer have that up vote.

It is possible as NicolaiB stated, you can have a +1 vote for one of your comment's but someone can downvote it, it won't take you to -1, you will just go down to 0

All staff members already have access to such a feature, we can merely click on a posts reputation and see who gave it what.

And to agree with unreal, please stop worrying about rep. Its just a number.

Well, I hope that our downtime is reduced by the server move. It seems to me like there has been a lot more trouble to the site recently than before. Maybe its the influx of new people frequenting the site?
