So,why does it have police lights,then? In my country,municipal vehicles barely wear police lights.90% of them aren't even functional.

It's a water tanker, believe it or not, fire departments use that, because it can hold more water than regular firetrucks.

They're quite common over here, I can dig up a load of photos of them if you want, they're used to get water to the scene of fires, and depending on the call, are dispatched alongside the primary pump when there's a fire call.

Like others have pointed out, it's a fire engine water tanker. They are very common here in Norway, especially out in the countryside where you don't have fire hydrants everywhere and there's often several kilometers to the nearest water source. They are as much as important as regular fire engines, hence the blue lights. ; )

Yeah, they tend to do shuttle service here, from the scene to the nearest hydrant and back to the fire, depending on the fire, there can be multiple tankers doing that run numerous times.

Secondary lights works as working lights by using the ELS H-3 setting.

Can you make a version of the uniformed passat with the 02800 number on the windows? Or maybe just make the windows? Guess its just to use Spark IV and replace the windowtexture within the .WTD file?

Use the window template included with the file to make it your own. Very easy! Yes, use SparkIV.

I use StolenXT's ENB settings.
