Yes, The Vehicles with the Federal Signal Arjent lightbar will be LAPD, and LASD. On the other hand, Cars that have the Whelen Liberty will be strictly used for CHP. Then, we have the Firetruck & Ambulance with assorted lights.

While LAPD used alloy rims on their old model Chargers (2007-2010), I don't believe they use them on their newer Chargers (2011-2014). I'm not sure though.

To be honest, I can't really say that this is as promising as some of you think so far, you're mostly showing unequipped models you can just download somewhere. It seems like you aren't really caring about details, looking at the CVPIs. Your partitions are wrong and none of the agencies you plan to do has dashcams. Not trying to get you to lose hope, but it will be very hard to reach the quality of some of the already released LAPD and CHP vehicles. Actually, just finding a car nobody else has already created is a challenge. There are tons of LA area mods.

LAPD S.W.A.T (Started)

CHP Officer (Not Started Yet)

LASD Deputy (Not Started Yet)

The LAPD does have dashcams. They have around 450 Vehicles with operating dashcams.
