AFAIK, Shomrim is also unarmed. It turns out that if you're recruiting people to keep an eye our for crime, the very last thing you want is people thinking they're actually like cops; giving members weapons and having them patrol for crime makes them ore likely to try to stage an armed intervention, which is not a good thing for a neighborhood watch group (keeping in mind that the role of a neighborhood watch group is to provide eyes and ears, not to actually directly stop crime, and yet it's more likely to have the kind of members who want to be cops but aren't qualified for the job).

They really are not. To think of it, I can't remember any volunteer police or auxiliary force where firearms are permitted, except Wild West rangers. However in Baltimore the place I lived in was guarded by the private police force, but those guys were security guards and had guard licences.

:) OK keep waiting. I have been testing this for almost 2 years now. This is a very strategic plan with a wonderful support system behind it. I am even prepared to take it to Florida, and To Missouri and help legally arm the young black youth in those states.  Opening up community watch programs is no crime especially if you guys are allowed to as well. So do I I worked for classic security, as well as cambridge security in NYC I have an 8 hr. certificate and 16 and a guards licence. Dude I am so prepared . Don't take me for jokes and don't sleep buddy :) 

Ok, now that I have time to readdress this after reading every comment, it is clear this forum post has reached a consensus, what you're doing, whatever it is because I'm still not completely sure, is completely wrong. 

 

So in summary, you come to a mainly conservative, Law Enforcement/PC Gaming enthusiast forum website and post something pretty much Anti-Police, saying your great idea is replacing law enforcement with a "Militia" (Illegal BTW) in Northern Philadelphia and using black people, and black people only to impersonate the duties of a police officer, without training, all while carrying a concealed firearm and not an open carry firearm. 

 

I just don't get it, where is the good in this? This is such an extremist take on "Black Lives Matter" or "End Police Racial Profiling" that it's comparable to Malcolm X. 

 

Now, I assume this whole plan is about what I mentioned in the prior sentence, so if that's true (And you should make it clear what your objectives are) then that is the wrong approach to solving these issues. Talk with political and community leaders, peacefully protest, and address problems within your own community (Ghettos, as you mentioned) such as minimum wage workers, access to health care, staying in school, drugs, ect.

 

Hopefully you see our point as a community, as I explain in my opinion, what I believe while sharing the opinions of everyone else here, although I don't wish to speak on behalf of anyone else.

 

I will not be posting again as the community has clearly made their point.

Dude i'm just going to be honest, don't do this and get help please, you're much better off helping the community by feeding homeless people or joining charity organizations, this a ridiculous plan and is going to make people feel uneasy.

:) Chester you are not understanding. I am going to be the only felon in the militia. However, I will not be carrying. I am just the mastermind behind the department.  The units will be completely legal. And non felons. I lost my right to bare arms and I am content with that however, I can still encourage and create and armed militia without having bare arms myself. Get it Bro? Furthermore this is not a racial issue. I am just trying to improve my people and community. However like myself felons won't be accepted, and psychological evaluation will have to take place.Before anyone can officially join. Its all a process however The legal is out of the way and its now time to get my people some Licences to carry. In the state of Philadelphia one can open carry as long as they have their CCW. So yes they will be open carrying.

In other words the map was drawn 2 years ago, but the plan was organized yesterday.  Tomorrow will be part 2. I have already turned in 40 apps and they should be receiving and answer in a 1 month no later than 2 as I was told. Hey listen I am paying for this out of my own money so I don't see why it is such an issue. I have a personal bank account with 6,786 dollars in it. I am saving every year using my financial stipend from college, and working a job under a friend of mine cleaning buildings. Half of what I get goes to this account and the rest is split between food and child support for two children. I am sacrificing alot to accomplish this. My goal is that this will become a business slowly but surely. I just need the American people behind me. I mean this is the land of the free right? Show some support. How about a donation?  

Blacks should start taking back their streets from the hoods, drug dealers and the typical thugs and other human-debris.  The upstanding back people should stand up and own their neighborhoods, take it back from the the few miscreants that literally control the bad areas around the country with fear and violence.  They need to do it so their children can grow up to be a  decent and prosperous human being.  If they don't stand up for their own property and neighborhood, nobody else will.  However, not sure if this is the best solution....nor the worst solution either.

 

Interesting idea, and I'm sure there is a model that works, but maybe rethink a few things first.   Look to history for answers as to what works and what doesn't.

I think that when someone starts begging for donations, it should be the perfect time to close this topic. That's only my opinion of course, but this thread has no purpose so far but let a crazy man bragging about how his private army is going to save and protect black people.
