This is for those of you that play Watch_Dogs and would like the ability to summon police cars through the Car on Demand app.  I thought it was quite poor that you could get any other car, including ambulances and fire trucks, but not the police cars.  An omission no more, however, as this mod will replace some of the heavy vehicles with all of the Chicago police vehicles available.
