a proper Station interior where you can interact with objects- computers, jail cells, files, chairs etc.

calling for backup and Spikestrips etc. like in LCFR

off-duty mode where you can drive around etc.

maintaining patrol car in garage

leveling up character with progression, unlocking different skills etc.

character appearance customisation

a good melee fighting system

If you go to their DevBlog, they've posted a ss of what appears to be the inside of a PD, so; Yes, we will be getting PDs to interact with.

I imagine you surely will be able to, after all, that would be like more than 90% the thing you do when in a chase.

It's been confirmed that there will be a Off-duty mode, complete with your own house (or multiple houses if you can afford it) & your own civilian car.

You can "modify" your patrol car & your (off-duty) civilian car, so I imagine there will be regular maintenance that you will have to do too.

There will be levels for your character, & that, ofc, comes with a progression system. Not sure about unlocking different skills tho.

You will be able to customize your character when you start the game. I imagine you'll probably be able to buy clothes, etc. for when you're off-duty too.

This will probably be implemented. After all, you won't take out your gun if someone acts tough/tries to punch you, will you? (I mean, you would probably just take out your baton/pepper spray/taser instead, right?)

Even though I won't have time to play games any more once this comes out, I'm probably going to buy this game to just to support these developers.

Rocking_Start already answered some of the good points, I will just correct some others:

- We will make a police station where you can interact, but at this point you will just handle some of the parts. We want to improve with time. I am sure you will like it

- Backups will not be available right now, we want in future versions (there are a lot of reasons for this now)

- Off-duty will be bigger than you think ;)

- Patrol car and your own vehicle will be always in your garage

- You can level up your character, but we are not saying more about this very soon

- You can choose between a male and a female character, you will be able to buy clothes and also customize your house furnitures

- You can fight (melee) with anyone ;)

This looks great, Some proper screenshots, the cars look decently modelled, look vaguely realistic, and the lighting is Ok. As long as it doesn't have farm simulator handling, I will probably buy this
