So I downloaded Lt. Caines Ford E450 ambulance (this one) which comes with it's own ELS settings. However, when I put it ingame it didn't work, so I checked the .ini and found this:

If you want text to be read, don't put it in minimum font size. I never meant it in a serious way, seeing as it is pretty much impossible. That's why I used the small size. But the messy topics are what make this a nice place. It would be boring if everyone was dead serious.

Ford did make the E150. It was part of their North America van series, commonly called the E-Series vans. This is their final year of production.

I should have known better. I see them everyday. It isn't used as an ambulance chassis though. I can't believe they are getting rid of the E series.
