This is my local sheriff office lightbar, I cannot figure out the type of bar it is, i'm looking to purchase it for my jeep(Volunteer FF) I know some of you will be able to tell me atleast what company.

 

It looks a lot like a Whelen Liberty, I can't be sure though - best wait for more responses.

I can't really tell. What is the Departments name?

 

That looks like a Tomar product, there is a guy that drives around in a pickup truck with that light bar, he def likes his lights, he also has one with FS Valor, def unusual for around here, Sound Off Signal is coming out with all sorts of new light bars, could be one of those, i'll look around.

 

EDIT: It's not Sound Off either.

 

It's not Tomar & it's not Federal Signal & not Whelen.

It could be a Liberty that's custom made to the department's liking. The car in this post has a custom Liberty. Or instead of ordering a custom Liberty, the department could have ordered a regular one and customized it.

I was watching youtube video's a couple of weeks ago & there was a new lighting outfitter that was showing off a light bar very similar to this, if it was a Liberty it looks HEAVILY modified, the casing looks like liberty housing on it, but the modules say not a liberty.

 

I think that's heavily modified Code 3 Defender.

 

Just looking up the Sheriffs Office they do use mostly Code 3 Products.

YES! That is the Bar Light! I forgot about that Manufacturer.

But that is to be the Bar More than it to be a Whelen Liberty.

Agencys are not going to Customize Jack on Bar Lights.

They only Set the Bar Light to The Setting of who ever is

in charge of the Fleet administration.

so i did some research in the web and i am 99% sure its not code3, fedsig , whelen, sound off or tomar. it looks the most like a whelen liberty but it isn't. 

lol, my chief is a sheriff deputy il ask him what it is and report back
