Is it possible to remove the frost breath/cold effect ?

to simulate warm enviroment such as LA. ect.

It gets annoying too. 

Just deal with it. no offence but really are we getting a bit to nit picky

living in LA, it does get cold here too, and we see our breath too ;)

LC is a cold city from time to time, and it is set in autumn/winter so realistically it should be there. 

Everyone is missing the main point. He wants the frost breath effect removed. Simple as that.
