    downloaded updated version 1.031 two times, both times, rar file is corrupt this is the error msg given. Rar$DRa7144.4408\[ELS, Add-On, LODs] Unmarked LAPD Crown Victoria Mini Pack V1.031\dlcpacks\lapdcvpi1\dlc.rpf. The file is corrupt the same rar downloaded from gta5-mods works. maybe just the one uploaded here corrupted during upload or something

    Included here is a setup I made for myself but figured I would share it with others incase someone wanted something similar to this. This changes the ultimate backup default regions xml file to reflect current Utility uniforms worn by the selected agencies RL counterparts. Short Sleeve Only. The body camera, shoulder mic, and the dutybelt on the male are custom content. (in place of the default eup shouldermics chest and should positions) So if you don't have those you will see the default EUP shoulder mics instead. SAHP uses fbi/police4 vehicles. you can change that to your own liking by editing the file obviously. The SAHP Motor Unit stayed the same. Winter and rain uniforms are regular EUP. Installation instructions are included.

    okay well that is listed as the class b uniform for the winter set, what i did, was just changed the agency.xml to where everything was class a, so they all wear the police jackets, also since you mentioned the vehicles, i changed that to the apropriate ones for my game. Thanks for your help 🙂

    its actually just the Class B line for the data values it appears they hold the same as the detectives.

    I literally just just copied and pasted the things into the correct directories, In my instance, I had a unit show up driving a vehicle that is in the policeold2 slot (i run my state police vehicles in those slots) so it was a marked vehicle and the guy who got out was wearing a tan leather jacket, gloves, a beanie, and khaki pants and black boots. It could be because I installed hanakos vest files so that changed the numbers on the components possibly. I will look into it further when I get a chance, not that big of a deal but it is what it is. Just figured I'd mention it incase someone else is having the same thing happen.

    could you make a lore friendly version of this badge, basically just have it say los santos, i realize thats kind of a petty request but the regular badge isnt a true oval like this one its some wierd shit square with an oval over it...would be cool to have this badge but have it say los santos.

    sometimes when calling for code 2 backup on UB, detectives will show up in marked units, i.e police 2 slot, or policeold1, & policeold2, they are wearing plain clothes and jackets (on the snow version) ? I can & will be editing this to fix it to my liking but just thought you might want to know that. This is using the ultimate backup and the snow preset.

  21. Cant launch game

    im having the same issue, my game will run fine regular GTA V, but as soon as I launch RPH, it does the rockstar loading screen and then a black screen for like 2 seconds then RPH shows a crash log generation and its back to desktop i go...it doesn't even make it to the intro videos.
