These models are really nice, but I'm hoping that versions are released with LCPD liveries (as mentioned) along with NYPD style sirens, as opposed to the Los Angeles style ones.

Those details are the only things keeping me from using the regular GTA V cruisers at the moment. :P

If you need a good handling line for the Vapid Stanier Police Cruiser, any of Sgt.Kanyo's Ford CVPI Schaefft optimised handling lines should work.

The thing more exciting is that, in the future, maybe they could make GTA V officers. They could also make GTA V LSPD Chopper! And GTA V weapons!

Skyline has now uploaded the Vapid Stanier Taxi (2nd Gen).

Now if we could get an ELS enabled version of the interceptor, like the Stanier, it would be the perfect combination.

Can someone reach out to SkylineGTRFreak and get these models unlocked, and approval to have the unlocked models available here? I think it would be huge for the community if we could get these so our talented modelers can map and customize these.

Maybe, if they get properly mapped and are ELS enabled.

I think the new police cars from gta v, when the cars such as (vapid stainer 2nd gen, police intercepter, police burrito and sheriff granger), then the lspd liveries will being changed into the lcpd liveries, will be strongly based on nypd police cars.

That is awesome! I've been hoping for something like this, but given the fact that V hasn't even been announced for PC yet, I thought it would still take some time...

 

Since I'm running the original vehicles now both for performance and for the right atmosphere, it's cool to have modern-looking cars that fit right in the R* universe. Also, I'm very happy with the fact that they are non-ELS, I have to admit.

 

However, I guess I'll wait with getting them until there are the correct LCPD and NOoSE liveries to go with IV's setting - and maybe even a version of the Vapid with an LCPD style lightbar. The original lightbar is a perfect fit for the NOoSE cruiser though.
