Unrealistic Blood after you get shot

Featured Replies

Hey, so I realized after I get shot with maybe 1-3 shots I become bathed in blood... like my whole characters uniform is ruined because there's so much blood on him. Is there a way to reduce this amount of blood? Or at least make it more realistic? I tried to look for some mods but the only ones I found did not work for this situation. Thanks in advance if you guys know the solution to this.

You can use the simple native trainer to change the clothes of the ped you are currently using. There may be another solution, but I do not know it. Maybe try removing that decal.

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

I found this on the interwebs

Yes, eating, drinking Sprunk or grabbing health packs (spawns, or at the hospital)

There's no need for laundry service, or dialing 911.

If you are near an ambulance, sure jump in, that is an old GTA regular trick, for health.

Same with jumping in a cop car for 5 shotgun shells - still works for GTA:IV.

Apparently these things remove the blood. Can't prove it though as I'm not in the game to test it.

I also saw an interesting comment of someone saying "walk through a carwash" but couldn't tell if it was sarcasm or if it was a bug which occurred lol

EDIT: After playing for 20 minutes I still cannot verify they work....because I spent the entire 20 minutes messing with ENB settings. :)

I am pretty sure picking up a health kit fixes your outfit, I can't be sure about drinking Sprunk. If you're not near a health pack, calling 911 and asking for an ambulance will send a medic to you who will walk over to you and heal you, but I can't be sure if it fixes your clothes either. You could get the trainer, it comes with an option to clean your clothes, which would remove the blood.

Back again, confirmation that if you eat from a vendor it removes blood. But be careful about it because pressing E also asks them to surrender :P So sometimes you no get food :(

I don't get the 'unrealistic' part of your question.  In real life, If you get shot multiple times, I think  you would be soaked in blood.  You may not like it in-game but that is the realistic cause/effect.
