The Park Ranger SUV can be driven (and maybe even stolen) during this mission:

"God save the Queen" and "Democracy! For King and Country!", says the Ruskie Nazi Patriot.

Laughed my ass of during that mission. It's called "The Civil Border Patrol"

I've never seen many of these cars.   My favorites are the LSPD CVPI and the Highway Patrol Bike.

  • Not sure if you can view them but on my RGSC account I can see my usage for all emergency vehicles   http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/career/vehicles/michael/emergency/

  • sign into rgsc online go to games > gta v  make sure your profile is linked, then from there go to vehicles and use the category tag to go to emergency    should look like this

you can also get one at the prison driving in the parking lot that's the easiest and quickest way to get one...heres an unmarked buffalo I got

You'll get 4 stars for stealing a car at the prison

You could drive on the desert/mountain roads, there are rangers patrolling in their cars and stop at some spots and go for a walk. Just go into steath mode, subdue the ranger and the car's your's without any trouble.

I only got one star its in the parking lot you have to drive around the prison back to the entrance and youll see him in the parking lot...wait till he gets out then jack it..drive straight though

The unmarked CVPI only spawns in gray and blue on the weed mission but I want a black one

Go back with the red car to get the black one.

For those of you wondering about the unmarked cars, here's how you can obtain them:

Thanks it worked, kinda annoying trick but also useful.

Getting a police bike is really annoying, I gotta go to an area and leave it like 10 times get one. And I got bikes, one for the city, one for the county and one for  my tutorial so had to do that like 30 times...

If they do plan to release on pc I bet they will make the liveries better.

The handling will hopefully have a bit more 'personality' too, like GTAIV.  I dig the handling in GTAV, it's fun and all, but not much difference between cars and they do stick to the road like glue...a bit too much, but it's a lot of fun.

At least we can alter the handlingdat files with the PC version, as well as mod the hell out of the game.  Can't wait!

If it is released on PC I can only imagine the modding capabilities when it comes to cars, to bad they didn't add a feature to turn the sirens off though.

Why the hell would they do that?

Well maybe cause they were made of 4-6 years consoles and pc has more detailed, consoles only have limited things for grahics and pc has more space for improvement.

I highly doubt that they decided to go with these not-so-ugly liveries because of the lack of video memory on current-gen consoles.

I think it was purely intentional and is very unlikely to change.

I think I know the answer but does anyone know if there is a trick to get the lights to work without the sirens? I just like that, LOL! I don't see how it's possible without ELS.
