    No, I am aware that there is no ELS in GTA 5...let alone for the PS3 which would allow only lights and no sirens while in the car, I was wondering if there was any trick or ANYTHING to get the lights to operate without the sirens. I am 99.9% sure this is impossible (at least on the PS3) but thought I'd ask.....you never know.

    I think I know the answer but does anyone know if there is a trick to get the lights to work without the sirens? I just like that, LOL! I don't see how it's possible without ELS.
