I'll stick with Linux Android for now. I have never supported Apple and their way of making their software and hardware. Too locked down for my taste, I want to be able to fully use the stuff that I buy most of the time.

There is already a hacker busy with a jailbreak for iOS7

I'm, with ineseri on this one. I like the free and openess of Android phones, and I'm sticking with them. And from what I saw of iOS7, I don't like it.

Exactly and truth is it kind of looks like an Android now but it doesn't preform as good as one since it's slower than any other OS Apple has ever made

mine has not slowed down one bit, if any thing after upgrading to IOS 7 my iPhone is even faster, any way my opinion on the whole Android vs. Apple is just a vicious cycle of people not being happy with what they have. people who have Androids try to make them look like iPhones (or at least that is what I did), and people who have iPhones jailbreak them so they can look like an Android. say what you will but i enjoy the simplistic nature that is now IOS 7.

I prefer android myself, mainly because of the greater freedom it allows you (home screen widgets for example). I'll leave this here because it sums up my (and probably many other's) opinion on the new update:

I totally see the resemblance...

But anyway here are my reasons why I like Apple Better then Android. When I had my Androids, yes, they were nice. But they wore out really quick, and if you loved apps, it bogged down the phone making me do a reset every other month so i could have a "fast" phone. The last phone i had before I got my iPhone 5 was an EVO 3D. And the speaker wore out in a year, I took it to the retailers store and asked it they could fix it. most of the time I heard "no". and if they could it was way to expensive. So in January I got the iPhone 5, LOVED IT. Fast, Reliable, and sleek looking. Unfortunately the lock button wore out in around 4 months, fearing the same treatment that i had received from Android I feared the worst. But I took it to the Apple store anyway. I have never been treated better at any store. Apple Took care of me. And replaced my iPhone for FREE. Since then I have had no Issues with the phone. I realize that some situations are different, but i cant stand the hatred between Android and Apple. They both provide Quality devices for all of us to be addicted to.

LOL...

I have to say that apple does have a beautiful UI, but so do many flavors of android. Plus, Android is still more expandable and modifiable. I used to love apple products, but ever since Steve Jobs died, it seems like Apple's innovation died with him. They used to set the bar for cutting edge technology, but now they just copy features from other platforms (control center, for example, is a complete ripoff of android's).

like they say copping is the most sincere form of flattery . The reasons why i like Apple have been stated in the little story i have already typed out. Not dissing Android but for me simple is better.

Still on 5.1.1

NOT UPGRADING

Unless jailbreak is there

The IOS7 untethered jailbreak will be coming out pretty fast now that they have released 7.0.1 for the iPhone 5S and 5C. Now there debating to release it now or when 7.1 comes out.

I feel like the look of IOS 7 is mostly oriented to designers, and arts people. It looks nice, but it feels like too much.

I loathed the classic icon style with the bubble shape and the horrendous reflection, so I like that change, but not so much anywhere else.

They totally changed their OS, that I wouldn't even tell it was an iPhone when looking at it.

It looks too bright for me, and could really confuse the older iPhone users, who don't adjust to change very well.

I still prefer Android.

I know but I won't do it unless the jailbreak has been released. Why should I sacrifice a perfectly working jailbroken iPad? :v

I hate the Iphone (I have one right now sadly) but I do however like the new design but not enough to keep this phone for one more day...

I don't like them because there is no variety in hardware, it has a ridiculous price tag(not that some others don't too), it uses the Call of Duty release model: Copy, Paste, increase price; it is locked down(not that some networks don't do that either), and a rooted Android is faster. Fine if you really love it, but it kinda makes me think you are the sort of person who can't be trusted with money. But as it is not my money: Go ahead and flush that moolah down the drain.

I will admit that the pixel densities their "Retina" LCDs are impressive though.

You are using the WRONG right theme!
