Thanks, and yes, iCEnhancer is the base ENB that i'm working with mixed with about 4 other ENBs.

Yeah maybe adding some more refection's is something I'd notice but again, don't know how it's done, maybe you might be able to.. Other than the refection's it looks nice ,I use the same iCEhancer as yourself. 

The ambulances look too shiny imo, roads don't look realistic and neither does the footpaths. In the screenshots at least.

 

However, it's a good mod and you should keep at it.

Yeah I would say a tad much on reflection, and a little bright for me. Like the other guy said I myself do not make or edit ENBs so good work.

Umm, looks better than most ENBs... But that 12th pic made me think: Damn!! that's a bit exaggerated... Btw yeah it's cool. & I agree with the other guys night could need some work & you need to tone down the side reflection since it's too much as seen with the ambulance.

Well you could turn the lights down just a bit, other than that, nice job!

I used both of your ENB's, but I used only like 1 file from each, and him1250 I think I used your corona.png file and Grant Matos I used your enbstar.png file. Although I used mainly iCEnhancer and Game4video ENB and I edited it a little bit and added those files from yours, but I don't know if I will release it but if I would, I would ask you two for permission along with the other ENBs I used.

Looks very nice,but I say twic the red ELS lights a bit as they dont look right and PC specks by chance 

I like and dislike the bloom at the same time hehe. I think bloomy looks cool in real life but would annoy me in game. Either way, I like it, like the others say perhaps a bit less of a 'reflective' feel but the sky looks nice! good job :)

Good job...the only thing I don't like are the lights in the night.
