There must be some problem with the file if you can't see it in openIV. as far as i'm aware, sparkIV is outdated and doesn't get regular updates like openIV does.

AFAIK, Spark doesn't properly show all models. Just some.

SparIkIV works, just not for me. But when it does, it is really easy to use, at least I think so.

Do you get a specific error using OpenIV?  They have a bug reporting system and are very active in making the program work as flawlessly as possible.  Make sure you're using the latest version of the program here:  http://openiv.com/

i would try that but it wont connect to openiv.com
