What kind of vehicle do you drive?

Featured Replies

Here is my exact car, a 1973 Oldsmobile Toronado Custom. Picture's from June 2009. I haven't driven it in months, though. The tags are expired. I love the car, although it uses a lot of fuel, and the sound system drains the battery when the car is parked. I'm trying to get that fixed.

I am now a proud owner of a 2003 Ford Cr5own Victoria Police Interceptor, that's my baby in the pic  it was a Halifax Regional Police car, but it's actually in great shape, has it's issues, but been pretty good to me.

Cop wanabe?

Didn't know I needed to want to be a cop to own one.. ass.. and being Canadian has nothing to do with wanting a crown vic.. should probably know what you're talking about before giving you're input, just sayin'

Woahhhh snappy. Understand what a joke is. I'm just saying that usually when people drive Crown Victorias around, it kinda shows that they are cop wanabes. That doesn't mean all. That is why I am asking!

That's not true at all, I bought the CVPI for the Police Package and the engine even though it hurts my wallet on gas, that is all.

Did you not bother to read my comment before. I clearly said "usually"! Make sure you pay attention before you start getting defensive. My dad who is a trooper even says that some get them because they are wanabe cops.

Im surprised I haven't seen any "at least he actually owns the car he posted" replies because that picture hick posted was an obvious lie lol im pretty sure this thread is named "what kind of vehicle do you own"

So does this mean that majority of the taxi drivers in NYC are cop wanabes?

I currently own and drive a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn.  All red interior LED light bar and red white mini phantom on the dash.  Have lights for the rear just havent had a chance to install them yet.  Other than that everything else is stock.  Would have a picture but its dark and i dont feel like moving it into the light lol

Edit: Reason I have lights is because Im a firefighter both volunteer and career.  Had to put this in here after seeing all the cop wannabe stuff everywhere lol

I think you should "think" about what you're saying before you even say it, you're dad can say all he wants, but that isn't the case here..

also, yes, I do share nationalism with Justin Beiber, along with millions of other Canadians..

That's a company, not a single individual. Plus Crown Victorias aren't just hand picked from companies, they go through safety regulations and other types of regulations.

Okaayyyy... Well believe in whatever you wish, but don't go around pissed off because someone else has a different opinion of yours. It's not only my dad who thinks that, other troopers, officers, and even randoms say that.

there's a gang across the street from where i live and the drug dealer drives a crown vic.. i doubt he's a wanna be cop just saying..  i for one agree with slimory, i would buy a crown vic because nothing beats the look of one.. personally my favorite ford even over the mustang..  on top of that they are extremely cheap (police auctions are cheapest) part of the reason actually why most people in the ghetto's and such drive crown vic's (if you've never been in one i assure you there are at least 1 or 2 in each hood)

Bud, I drive tow truck for a living, there is no "wannabe cop" anywhere in my job description.. you're right, everyone else does have a different opinion than mine, which they are entitled too, but I haven't given you any reason to be an ignorant ass, have I? also, would that be the same for the Taurus, Charger or Ford Explorer? would that make me a wannabe cop if I bought one of those?
