Yes I agree with both of you. I would never make this up about someone. I don't have the time too and I tried to request a refund through cashapp but they denied without saying why. I appreciate the support and hope that he doesn't get over on anyone else.

When such scammers upload content on the site with the possible motivation of promoting paid assets, it should raise a red flag. And staff members can at least archive or remove such uploads if reported by a concerned player. 

 

If LSPDFR does indeed have a strict rule against purchasing goods and services, in addition to educating players to be cautious, sellers/promotors should also face certain consequences by promoting their access and thereby committing a rule violation. 

 

Obviously, the buyer is at fault for even falling for such scams, being careless having no common sense, etc. But if the buyer was scammed by scammers via LSPDFR website, or any site that has a rule against exchange for goods; then you cannot say "We can't do anything about it," because this gives you the accusation/charge of "Being an accessory of a scamming scheme." Since you are a if not main; direct, or indirect traffic source, and the host.

 

Your failure to act accordingly in response to an ongoing scamming scheme resulted in several users from your site suffering personal financial loss, that, you cannot plea "Not Liable." 

 

Back a couple of months ago, or even a year ago, I already suspected this "vehicle mods creator" advertising his stuff on LSPDFR. He would upload a few car mods in "vehicle models," and post something like "contact us for paid custom models" in the description, then disable comments to prevent any communications in public.

 

The sole purpose of this act is to lure players into their scamming scheme, and therefore promote their scams so more victims will fall for it, via LSPDFR's official website.

I'm aware, but I remember a long time ago I used default peds and decals worked fine. Either RPH started having this issue in 2020 or this issue happens specifically because of MP free mode peds.

With one of Rockstar Games big updates they refactored a huge chunk of how Online is integrated into the game.
RAGEPluginHook stops you from going online when it is launched.
This stop has encountered issues over time where going online with RPH had been possible through the ingame main menu.

LMS has put a stop to this issue but had to disable multiple network chunks to do so.
This sadly creates issues with decals being loaded.

In order to have your decals visible (for now) please load Grand Theft Auto V before RAGEPluginHook. This fix may not work for everyone.
This issue is acknowledged but not a priority now.

It is a Rage problem and you can find a fix for it on youtube.

And yes i trust EUP and thats because that mod allows me to play offline. 😉

Another matter regarding EmergencyDistributors, stop downloading his stuff and follow him until he fixes his scamming. LCPDFR isn't the problem, this is a two-sided mistake not just one. Never use Cash App to pay for your purchases, do it through Paypal or any other means when purchasing a personal vehicle.

That was a rhetorical question. I was making a comparison of how people don't trust BejoIjo Plugins (or any modification that requires an internet connection) when mods like EUP [RPH] do not fully work offline either. I don't understand why people would trust a modification less because of an internet connection requirement. Tons of callouts are integrating an internet requirement, but plugins shouldn't have a need for them.

No one specifically asked for help regarding EUP, but on the subject, it helped since people may find it and wonder how to fix it. EUP was brought up to make a point rather than to get an answer.

My apologies. Someone told me they confirmed with Razer that they were not obtained properly from him. So some miscommunication somewhere.

That's funny because ED posted a picture of razers Ram TRX he modified on Facebook which he would of not had access to since he was banned already. I asked Razer on Discord and he confirmed it (also have screenshots to prove it) so yes he has used leaks. He never released the TRX publicly but still doesn't make it right.

How is it scummy to post a private conversation but not scummy to scam people left and right. We are only trying to show the facts cause if we didn't yall would be saying ok where are the messages.

Let's be clear here. Using leaked content has occurred, but since he purchased a different model before or after he got caught that makes it right? No developer in their right mind would allow that buyer to use their parts from that point forward. Using leaked parts whether he rightfully purchased them or not is against ToS, and it is clear a rule was broken. Purchasing content does not justify him using the leaked content in question. You are also doubling down on your point where you stated private conversations do not belong here, but here you are quoting between the seller and yourself. If you decry how screenshots are not advised when relevant, but specify that you are not defending ED, it seems like you are not being constructive in this topic.
