I'm gonna go out on a whim and guess it's that ambient escaped suspect event from the LSPDFR ini file.

Using the Large Address Aware tool, you can increase the RAM allocated to GTA 4, which may help with the game's memory limitations. Increasing the RAM allowed me to add more vehicles to GTA 4, including those with larger file sizes.

Try using the old 1.1 rar lcpdfr files.

Inside the plugins folder, you need to create a folder named LSPDFR. Then place all files except for the LSPD First Response files into that new folder.
 
For future reference, in the plugins folder, plugins that are coded for Rage Plugin Hook are to be installed there. When you launch RPH click the gear icon, and toggle those plugins to run at launch.

It turns out that I didn't install or have Open All Interiors installed correctly to GTA 5. The gate won't open unless I am Michael, but at least the fence has been fixed. Just in case anyone else is experiencing this issue.

In the special units file you can go to the fire first responder section and replace the FBI2 slot to FIRETRUK. That should fix them showing up in a police car.

In your log it says you have aCompleteEditionHook.asi in the GTAIV folder so you might have forgotten to take it out?

Certain servers that are running outdated versions might downgrade your game automatically when you connect to them. Other than that, no.
 
Installing sounds for GTA 5 would also add them for FiveM assuming you use archive fix.
 
Also, FiveM is installed to a dedicated folder on your PC. It doesn't go into your GTA 5 folder so you won't have to worry about confliction in that regard.

I had this same exact thing. I thought something was wrong because I was editing LSPDFR data files. Went crazy cross-checking files for 30 minutes just to realize Deadly Weapons "magically" created a second DLL file in the LSPDFR folder. Look there to see if you have that or any other plugin that may have created a second DLL file by itself.

I guess I will have to answer my own question since no one has responded to this one yet. To put it simply, the callout itself was causing the issue. Also there's no way for me to fix this issue, besides to avoid taking the call while in the game.

I did a clean install of the NVIDIA drivers on my PC and that fixed it. Thanks everyone!

Hi, everyone! It's Joe, and I have a quick announcement regarding ELS and simple trainer.
 
Simple trainer was causing white light reflections when I use takedowns on stage 3 of ELS.
 
You have to update Simple Trainer to fix this issue.
 
This began to happen earlier this week. I never had this issue before.

Today I completely reinstalled ENB/ReShade and Visual V and it seemed to have fixed it.
 
I couldn't go into the ENB ini settings menu, also, but I didn't think much of it.
 
I had to replace Visual V ENB settings with the vanilla ENB settings, and now it is working again.
