Michael21107's post in Issue, my plugins are not starting when opening the game. was marked as the answerIt seems like all your plugins load except Callout Interface and Grammar Police, which both are missing required files. This should be fixable by simply installing them properly, i.e., copy all DLL files from the ZIPs alongside 'plugins' and 'lspdfr' folders into your main GTA V folder.

Michael21107's post in My backup units with policing redefined are not cops lol was marked as the answerIf you have indeed installed the latest LCPDFR.com Emergency Uniforms Pack - Law & Order version (v9.3/v8.3) and EUP 9.10 Policing Redefined Configurations (v1.0.2), your game's behavior is expected. You should be able to fix it by simply reinstalling Policing Redefined.
