Icl I've been away from GTA modding for a while. I might make them someday when I have the lspdfr itch but it's not on my priority list so far -

The choice of a serif font for "Police" really emphasizes the visually challenging aspect of this livery. One should also note the masterful execution of the black and white bits. Getting the black paint to not smear onto the doors is no easy task and you should be commended for achieving that perfectely. The low res screenshots of only two sides of the car also leave much room for interpretation and leaves the user wondering what the back -as we can only get a glimpse of it- looks like. I believe this only builds up expectation as we install this livery and load up our game, to then discover and appreciate the work that you've done on this livery. To my great surprise, there is very little Cyberpunk content out there for GTAV. But today, that changes with the new NCPD sirens, using both old and new tones from the game. The airhorn, main tone and "yelp" are from older versions of the game, and the other tone is the new police horn. I chose not to bother doing the new siren as I really don't like it. Installation instructions are located in the file. I'm not sure if the plugin already does that or if it's doable at all, but is it possible to make oncoming traffic not move over? Like when I'm code 3 on the highway, oncoming traffic on the other side doesn't move and crash?- 528 comments

The title is self explanatory. I'm trying to make a Cyberpunk 2077 based siren mod, the tones loop perfectly but they're extremely quiet in-game. Increasing the volume in Audacity to ~12-15dB makes it very saturated, and using the normalize features mutes everything again, I'm kinda clueless at this point.

I absolutely love this pack. The liveries are great, the models are great, the ELS pattern is great... The car choice very interesting as well and very refreshing! The only slight inconvenience is the lack of an add-on option but it can be fixed easily. Overall 10/10 job- 72 comments

I'm quoting Stranger from the RPH Discord: With one of Rockstar Games big updates they refactored a huge chunk of how Online is integrated into the game. RAGEPluginHook stops you from going online when it is launched. This stop has encountered issues over time where going online with RPH had been possible through the ingame main menu. LMS has put a stop to this issue but had to disable multiple network chunks to do so. This sadly creates issues with decals being loaded. In order to have your decals visible (for now) please load Grand Theft Auto V before RAGEPluginHook. This fix may not work for everyone. This issue is acknowledged but not a priority now.

I kinda agree with s3v3n, + if the allegations of scamming and usage of leaked assets are true, then ED is actively hurting the LSPDFR community, your community. Turning a blind eye on that is only going to make it worse, less and less devs will trust this website... Just my opinion...

What bugs me in all of that is that everything on his servers seems so legit. He has good customer reviews from what look like legit accounts, his website with the purchases is quite fleshed out... he also has a bazillion tickets open in his server. Like I mean hundreds of them. You would think with that much tickets open he'd be better prepared to handle huge workloads, especially since it looks like it's so lucrative to him. Personally I think I'll file for a refund in a few more days. Not even because of that drama but because he's breaking so many deadlines and that's just unprofessional. If I have a custom order I'll just ask someone else that looks more trustworthy.

Border Patrol ELS Pack Hello everyone! THANKS FOR THE 1000 DOWNLOADS!!! Today I'm updating my very first file on lcpdfr.com, and I'm excited to introduce my Border Patrol texture pack! I decided to make this pack because I feel like there isn't much content for federal agencies like the Border Patrol, the PIA, the NOOSE, etc... I hope you'll like these liveries ! The base models are from Frost88's LSPD Mega Pack. If you would like to see your favourite car in this pack, want to report an inconsistency in my liveries, or simply have an idea, please ask me! Hello! I really like your work and it's great that people show some love to federal agencies like that and I hope you'll release more (maybe a FIB police Secret Police pack 😉 ). However I have a quick question : Would you allow me to use some of your texture assets to make liveries for IRL vehicles and maybe releasing them?
