I have the same problem, the game crashes if I leave the apartment and point the camera at my personal car. I have clean LSPDFR installed without other plugins, scripts and mods.

Are Developers aware of this bug?

Check the last post on the first page of this thread. Looks like they are. It's also difficult not to notice something's going when forums get flooded with crash threads. I sure hope it gets fixed quite soon

This post got the most attention with over 1K reviews, since a lot of people are having the same issue. 

 

Let's be patient and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Cyan replied on page one of this thread but said he is not too familiar with the apartment system and because of the holidays they all don't have time right now.  I think Sam does the Apartment part. 

 

It's all just bad timing.  Rock* put out this huge update Dec 12(?) and LSPDFR updated it Dec 19 and Scripthook updated shortly after that.  By Dec. 19th everyone is in a pinch and a bind because of the holidays.  It is what it is.  They'll get it fixed.  In the meantime, I just mess around in Story mode.  Game will still launch using the GTAV Launcher and since the root game folder is modded, somethings you changed still show up like a trainer.  Maybe go into God mode, get some heavy weapons through trainer and go mess around on Zancudo Military Base.

No problem for me. I don't use trainers. 🙂

Just an update, @LMS has identified the issue in RAGE Plugin Hook and a fix is being tested and will be released when it's ready.

When Rage does get updated, is it going to be from the RPH site or will we have to re-download LSPDFR to update Rage?  I'm sure you'll let us know as a message banner on the this site but just checking if you knew so we know what to look out for.

Most likely bundled within LSPDFR. I expect to push the fix later today.

I just downloaded and did a quick test of the latest update to LSPDFR. I am happy to report that I was able to retrieve my character from her apartment on 4 Integrity Way when switching to her. I also went to the Grapeseed area where I was experiencing the other CTD and I am delighted to say it seems everything is back in order.

For all those checking this thread, the issue should be fixed in the latest LSPDFR build.

If using the manual installation, make sure to update everything as this LSPDFR build contains both a new version of LSPDFR and a new version of RAGE Plugin Hook.

Doubt its connected to this issue.

My game works good now since the update,no crashes at all so far,the fix is working.

Hmmm, i am not sure. but everytime i leave my apartment it crashes. It doesn´t matter if I am still standing or walking around. It crashes about 10-15 seconds after spawn.

Not trying to disregard that you're having a problem, but since it seems to be working perfectly since the fix, did you try teleporting to other locations and/ or setting the start point of your game as somewhere other than the apartment (like Police stations) and check if the game still crashes? 

Speaking from my experience, I was having crashes in 3 different scenarios prior to the fix which are all gone now, so just a suggestion!

You have to replace all the updated files including RPH, with manual installation as mentioned previously in this post.

I have tried both, but you don´t need to do this manual. The post just says that if you do it manual you should not forget.

Sure, i have tried them both but it doesn´t matter what I do. It will crash anyway
