R.I.P to the victims of 9/11

Featured Replies

Well it's midnight here in the UK meaning it's now officially 9/11, and i feel that there is no better time to recognize the tragedy that changed so many lives, 11 years ago.

I cannot imagine the pain of those who are friends or families of the victims, and it goes without saying that we all wish for those that died to rest in peace.

Although it seems like such a long time ago, the suffering that was felt on that day is still felt now, and it's certain that we will never forget those who died during 9/11, and those who also died trying to save them.....

RIP.

Nicely said.

NEVER FORGET

Its nice to hear people from other countries say these things. Nice topic Tom. Not sure if you saw it already but the memorial they made I think is wonderful. Heres a album: http://news.yahoo.co...1315766923.html

Condolences to all the victims of the 9/11 attack, also a huge tribute for emergency services and other heroes who attempted to save the victims.

On behalf of the South Coast of England, My thoughts go out to those that lost loved ones on that tragic day.

From the coffee-runner in the tower to the heroes of the emergency services that entered those crumbling towers, putting the lives of others ahead of their own even while being aware that they might not see sunlight or their families again.

Its a tragic event that has made a huge dent in the history of the nation and even more so, the world.

What sickens me is people find it acceptable to make jokes about the victims or the event. Those people have a special place reserved for them all in hell.

I'll leave you with one of the most fitting songs from my all-time favorite band. I take no credit for the creation of the video

R.I.P...

May we never forget that day and more important...may we never forget the people that died that day..not just the once in the Towers but also all the passangers on those planes.

And lets say thank you to all the heroes from the FDNY,NYPD,PAPD and all the Medic Personal that gave their lifes to save others on that day.

Thankyou for you comment, but I'd like to leave the conspiracy theories out of this thread. This thread is here to pay respects to those who lost their lives, not to point fingers at who we believe are behind the attacks.

Thanks

I'm not trying to censor anything, but I was trying to keep the thread on topic, which was to pay our respects to those who lost their lives, not to discuss who you or anyone else thought was behind the attacks. If you have nothing respectful to say, then I suggest you move along and if you really feel the need to, create a new thread specifically to discuss whether or not the government were behind the attacks.

Thanks for your contribution to the thread,

-Tom H
