Welcome to Traffic Policer! This script modification for LSPDFR greatly enhances not only traffic policing, but policing in general. It sports various major features that will make your shift as a police officer much more realistic, and, above all, fun!

Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):

LSPDFR 0.4.2 (not included)
Albo1125.Common 6.6.3.0 or higher (included)
RAGENativeUI 1.6.3.0 or higher (included)
RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included)
A legal copy of GTA V (versions 1.0.1011.1-1.0.1604.1).

Installation Instructions are provided in the ReadMe & Documentation files.

you have flares as weapons, im not talking about the ones used with the flare gun

http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/Flare get a trainer like simple trainer and use the "give all weapons" option.. its mixed in with the molotov, sticky bomb, proximity mine category

Hey albo1125, I have this annoying problem with the traffic policer it crashes in game when I go to the nearest pd or launch the mod or even after I manage to select everything and go on duty, I runned this troubleshooter but it didnt find any errors. helPP

@killing3mark you mean it crashes after going on duty as it only loads after doing that.

"Launch GTA V via RAGEPluginHook.exe. Traffic Policer is automatically started when you go on duty; you MUST NOT load it yourself."

find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit ctrl v.

get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in this topic

I updated my whole game but when i go on duty with the new Traffic Policer it says: Error reading Traffic Policer INI file. To fix this, replace your current INI with the one from the download. Loading default values...

I tried to re-install a couple of times with the same result. Any idea what could cause this?

Can you post a screen shot of your plugin folder ( path: GTA V/ Plugins/ LSPDFR) and your rage hook log found in your main GTA V Directory please.

Yes I can but your question confused me a tad because I don't know if you want the Plugin folder or the Plugin/lspdfr folder. So I decided to post them both. Oh, I am ever so smart. Anyway, thanks in advance for your effort. Here are ze requested documents.

Please Download and run this:

Open the newly downloaded Traffic Policer files in your WinRaR or which ever zip you use, and drag the Traffic Policer files to your desktop. Then open your Plugin/LSPDFR folder and delete the Traffic policer files you have in there. Then drag the files from your desktop into your plugin/LSPDFR folder. Try these things and se if this fix your issue...

** Optional** I would delete Vehicle search, Ped search because they are dated and known to cause problems with the new updates. The Author has released an updated version here:

Thank you very much. I will see if one of these works. Apparently I'm not ever so smart because I have the Troubleshooter, I just didn't use it DUH!!!

Okelidokeli...fixed. Me happy now. It was the re-install from my desktop that did it. I installed the new Police Search - same... Albo's troubleshooter didn't find anything wrong. either.

So now I'm starting to think, while I was changing the INI file to my standards, that last time I maybe typed something in the wrong place and that's why he couldn't read it. Is that possible?

Anyway, thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

no, those options are hard coded in the mod itself, but would be an awesome addition if we could do that *Hint Hint*

Try turning ELS controlAi off in the ELS.ini, could be some conflict. Had some issues with it when i did a traffic stop with lights on.

Worked for me :)

Probably caused by ELS.

As Toastin said, probably ELS. And the cinematic does not seem to work at all when LSPDFR is loaded in.

Yeah someone else told me about that, I tried it but mimic and horn still does not make anyone move or anything. I'm completely stumped.

Looks like your antivirus is deleting the DLL files of both of albo mods: Traffic Policer, and Arrest Manager from your folder when you install them. Try Adding his mods to your antivirus and drag all three of those mods to your desktop, then drag into your plugin\LSPDFR folder and see if it works for you. Come back and let us know.

Been trying to use the mimic feature, however, whenever i press the key i get the notification it has been activated but the suspects car never moves when i try to re-position them. Custom pullover does work but they just drive straight towards the marker and run into everything.

If you're using ELS make sure it says this in your ELS INI file in your main Directory:

ElsTrafCtrlOn = false
Search for that and check to see if it needs to be changed to False. See if that helps..
