try this if you have time- Use the uninstaller, revamp, and go back through the manual uninstall process to make sure. Then reinstall, a small mistake was made somewhere, could of been just a file messed up

 

-mods/update/update.rpf/common/data   Find this xml file "dlclist.xml"

-open/edit dlclist.xml and scroll down until you find this "<Item>dlcpacks:\eup\</Item>"         DELETE this line.

Then go to:

-mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ and delete the eup folder

 

Install

-mods/update/update.rpf           Open the update.rpf folder that is in the rar you downloaded

you will seee the x64 folder and the dlc_patch

Just drag and drop each folder so it can install. It will be the same for serve and rescue addon.

 

The menu is a simple root directory drop.

Im glad  you got it, what i ment by revamp was take a few steps back and start over lol

will there be a compatible version for rde? makes no sense to have blaine county ventura patches but not have it compatible with rde

First I want to thank you for the EUP 7.5!

 

But I have a problem: I removed the EUP 7.4, deleted the line in dlclist.xml and installed 7.5 with the OIV installer.

It is installed, but it doesn't work ingame.

 

I tried to reinstall the EUP, but it won't change. :(

 

What can I do?

Your best bet is just starting again with a new mods folder. It'll be a nuisance otherwise.

Do you have rde installed?  I found that was causing my issues.

@Roth Yes. But I tried without and with RDE. Without RDE, EUP doesn't work too.

 

I have GTA version 1032 (Online 1.38), if this needed.

Did you start with new mods folder when you tried it without rde?   When  I did that.  It worked.

You mean delete (or move) all files in the mods folder or update.rpf only?

I move the entire mod folder out then recreated it by install on mod at time.  Starting with eup and then running.  I was able to thehurk chp pack working with eup but ever attempt to get rde working has failed.

It doesn't work too.
I moved my mod folder and started with EUP. :(

Hey guys :) 

Quick question..

I just updated from the previous version and followed install instructions in read me and all works fine except there is nothing showing in my eup law and order menu :( 

I can pick a outfit by editing a already created outfit.. But cant choose any pre-made outfits :( 

Am i missing something ?

For some reason, 7Zip will not allow me to extract the .oiv, it keeps telling me it failed. Anyone else having this issue? Or a possible solution to it?
