Patrol Suite 1.0.0

(6 reviews)

7 Screenshots

Patrol Suite is an all-in-one LSPDFR patrol enhancement plugin built to bring together the everyday tools a patrol officer would actually use during a shift. It focuses on clean UI, practical gameplay systems, configurable controls, and immersive police workflow without forcing the player into one rigid playstyle.

Whether you want a lightweight patrol HUD, a detailed CAD/MDT-style workspace, RoadWatch radar and plate-reader tools, smarter vehicle control, or practical equipment features, Patrol Suite is designed to make your patrol feel more complete.

FEATURES

CompuPro CAD / MDT

CompuPro is Patrol Suite’s built-in CAD/MDT-style system.

Features include:

  • Live CAD interface

  • Optional Pause CAD mode through settings.ini

  • Person records

  • Vehicle records

  • Firearm records

  • Traffic Stop Session workspace

  • Case Files

  • Court / legal history style information

  • Citation and report support

  • Evidence / seized item intake

  • Officer profile support

  • CAD background customization

  • Color palette customization

  • ALPR / RoadWatch alert context

CompuPro is designed to be player-driven. It does not automatically search random nearby peds or vehicles while you drive around. Manual searches, ALPR alerts, RoadWatch locks, and traffic-stop context are the intended workflow.

Patrol HUD / UI

Patrol Suite includes a clean patrol HUD system with configurable visual options.

Features include:

  • Officer rank / callsign / badge display

  • Simple location display

  • Direction / road / cross-road / region format

  • Movable and resizable HUD elements

  • Separate HUD color palette from CompuPro

  • PNG-based speed limit sign display

  • Supported speed limit signs from 25 to 65 MPH

  • Optional over-limit pulse/glow effect

The HUD is meant to stay lightweight and readable without cluttering the screen.

RoadWatch Radar, Plate Reader & ALPR

RoadWatch is Patrol Suite’s patrol vehicle enforcement workspace.

RoadWatch now supports separate displays for:

  • Radar

  • Plate Reader

  • ALPR

Each display can be moved and scaled individually.

Features include:

  • Radar power and transmit controls

  • Moving / stationary radar behavior

  • Target lock support

  • Plate Reader activation

  • Manual plate lock

  • ALPR alert cards

  • CompuPro alert/context linking

  • Separate movement support for Radar, Plate Reader, and ALPR

  • Cleaner display style without unnecessary background boxes

Default examples:

  • Plate Reader activation: NumPad7

  • Plate Reader lock: NumPad4

Radar and ALPR can also wake the Plate Reader display when needed, but opening the Plate Reader by itself does not force Radar or ALPR open.

Vehicle Control

Patrol Suite includes a vehicle control system built for patrol gameplay.

Features include:

  • Turn signals

  • Hazard lights

  • Seatbelt system

  • Optional seatbelt chime

  • Engine leave-on behavior

  • Fuel system

  • Refueling interaction

  • Vehicle status indicators

  • PRNDL display

  • Friendly honk option

  • Automatic siren cutout support

  • Compatibility-minded lighting behavior

The seatbelt system includes optional chime settings, speed thresholds, repeat timing, entry grace period, and status pulse behavior.

Patrol Tools

Patrol Suite also includes several patrol equipment and utility features.

Current tool systems include:

  • Long Weapon Stow

  • Smart Taser

  • OC Spray

  • Lidar Gun

  • Road Equipment / spike strip style tools

These systems are designed to add practical patrol equipment without turning the plugin into a messy pile of unrelated features.\

Patrol Suite uses two main configuration files:

Config.ini

Used for normal player-facing options, including:

  • Main module toggles

  • Keybinds

  • Officer profile

  • Department information

  • Common feature settings

Settings.ini

Used for advanced layout and tuning, including:

  • Display positions

  • Display scaling

  • Advanced RoadWatch tuning

  • Advanced HUD values

  • CompuPro display mode (Live/Pause)

  • Provider/integration behavior

CompuPro display mode is controlled here:

Known Notes

  • Live CompuPro is not intended to hard-pause the game.

  • Pause CompuPro is available for users who want a more modal CAD mode.

  • Other CAD, ALPR, radar, vehicle-control, weapon-control, or HUD plugins may overlap keybinds or duplicate features.

  • If you use multiple large patrol enhancement mods together, review your keybinds carefully.

  • Patrol Suite does not automatically edit another plugin’s configuration files.

  • Provider-backed records depend on what optional plugins are installed and loaded.

can you add the possibility to have multiple tasers, for example i have the normal stungun, but i also have an addon taser installed, can you make it so both can use the taser script?

tbh i'd be okay with that.

I see, in the future you could try making your own dlcpack specifically for laser light and flashlight textures. that might work better.

I will probably end up doing this yes!

I do plan on adding some sort of "readding" of add-on weapons for functionality. As I plan to add a "Long-Range" taser thing

turning stuff in the hud on and off isnt working like tryna turn off that vehice dispaly bar and the speed limit sign but wont turn off

also do inow need to hold f to get out of mcar?

You must have not installed correctly or something it shouldn go away when you make the “Patrol HUD/Ui” Inactive and no you don’t need to hold F either.

Hello author, because I'm using Chinese and I translated it myself (please forgive me for not informing you beforehand, as I really wanted to play this plugin), I encountered a garbled text problem. Could you tell me how to solve it?

Could contain: text, screenshot, display, computer, software, multimedia, display device, multimedia software, operating system, flat panel display, computer icon, screen, led-backlit lcd display, outdoor

First time leaving a comment on an LSPDFR plugin and it's probably going to be super long winded so please bear with me lol.

First thing's first - let me start out by saying this is one of the COOLEST plugins I've ever seen on any game - let alone on the LSPDFR website. The amount of features that come in this thing are genuinely mindblowing to me. It's actually so cool how you were able to squeeze so many mods/plugins together into one package. That being said; however, there's quite a few bugs I've noticed while playing, alongside some suggestions I wanted to make.

Bugs
- For some odd reason, this plugin clashes with door system plugins such as "KTFDO" and "EnhancedVehicleActions." Instead of the usual system of tapping space to keep my door open/holding space for them, my character automatically closes the door regardless. It's likely this plugin's vehicle system that's causing this issue, but I'm not too sure.
- Another bug I've noticed is the OC spray not having a name in the weapon wheel. Nothing too serious but just thought I'd lyk.
- On the topic of OC Spray - for whatever reason whenever I equip the OC spray, it causes the entire weapon wheel to completely disappear. The wheel can still be interacted with via mouse scroll, but you just can't see it.
- With the Smart Taser, I disabled the flashlight, yet for some reason - whenever I push the E key, the flashlight on the taser still lights up.
- The Engine off key is broken for whatever reason. I've tried using the default "0" key alongside a few other keys that I know work and it refuses to work properly. (And before you mention it, my keys aren't busted [thank god lol] - I'm currently using the 0 key for my radar power button).
- Finally, I've noticed that when I turn on "RadarTrackingBlip" to "true" in the in-game menu/settings txt file, for some odd reason, it automatically goes back to false after I boot up LSPDFR and start my patrol.

Suggestions!
- Instead of having the player double tap W/S to go forward/backward with the vehicle system, I'd really love to see a "RealisticGearShift" option or something along those lines. It's kind of annoying in my opinion having to go through the neutral option in order to go from reverse to drive -- even if that's realistic.
- For the spike strips, it'd be cool to see not only the ability to add a modifier key (since most of my singular keystrokes are taken by other plugins/features), but also a key to change the size of them like how the spikes in the plugin "SpikeStripV" operate.
- This plugin's vehicle system disables GTA's default auto car seat swap feature which forces your character to swap to the driver seat if you get in through the front passenger side. Would love if this option was toggleable or if there was a key to make you swap between seats.
- Please please please add togglable racking sounds for the STP rifle and shotgun. That was (weirdly) one of my favorite features from Policing Redefined that I'd really love to have in a suite plugin like your's.
----------------------
I swear I had more to report for/suggest adding to this plugin, but I guess for now that's all I've got. If this is the wrong place to do all of this, let me know and I'll be more than happy to take this post down and repost it in the proper location. Thanks for creating such an amazing plugin for the community!

No yeah, I get it's a part of Simple Ctrl and all. I'm just saying - there's really no way to rewrite the code to have either the vehicle system OR the seatbelt?? I'd really like to just use the seatbelt without the rest of the vehicle system included.

@mrnoonei You can disable the MDT in the config file by setting this to "False" or by doing the same in the in-game menu. Same can be said for the radar. If you cannot disable those features, then just change their keybinds in the config or settings file to "None."

This mod looks like it replaces a lot of mods in my modlist which is really cool and good less mods means less issues could you tell me what mods this replaces or if they are needed for compatibility cases?

Really great mod, I would definitely recommend it to others as it replaces a good amount of other mods. The only one that I have trouble getting to work with is KTFDO (Keep the F***ing Door Open). Now, I have to always double tap the Y button or F on keyboard to exit, instead of just tapping one time to exit regularly. But like I said, other than that, it's a great mod and I would recommend others to use it strongly.

The mod looks fire, and I really appreciate the effort you put into this! I do have a little suggestion, though: Could you add an option to the SmartTaser feature that resembles the Taser 10? Compared to the Taser 7, it features 10 probes per cartridge and different sounds.

Could contain: tool, stun gun

Looks very nice does it have the disabled flipping mechanism from simplectrl where if you flipped your vehicle you couldn't flip it back?

So in theory I don't need Back weapon/stow that weapon, LidarGun, Prowler Radar, Simplectrl, and simple hud right? Sound pretty nice getting rid of 5 mods in replace for 1

Correct! The only thing Patrol Suite does not currently have is a postal system, but I am working on a full revamp of this mod

The issue with doing this, is IRL wise the Taser 10 work by firing a prong one by one for a more accurate hit, and you would be required to land 2 shots anyways before the taser effect would even begin being possible to work. That is how it works IRL. Whereas in the next update of the whole mod the taser (whcih you can set up to holding a total of 6 cartridges, thus a total of 12 prongs) will be able to fire as many cartridges as you have selected before needing to reload, and will be able to hit the same person and have the correct number of prongs, or be able to hit multiple people all at once (theoretically if you are capable of getting the 2 prongs on each cartridge to hit 2 different people... which is possible but very difficult, you would be able to hit a total of 12 people if you could consecutively spread the prongs amongst 2 people. But on average, at the max amount of 6, you would be able to hit 6 people and have the immersion be proper since the tasers IRL require at least 2 prong connection for proper cycling of electricity
