First you have to change the tone's names by the files' names of the game. Then you should be able to install it normally like the other sirens.

If you clearly do not know how to rename a siren to any in the game, then you shouldn't be downloading siren sounds. Even I know how to rename a downloaded siren to replace any default ingame siren.
