In Texas, an arrest without the right charge is all hat and no cattle. Welcome to Lone Star State Justice. Lone Star State JusticeA Texas State Overhaul for pdCompLone Star State Justice replaces pdComp’s default charges, citations, and court personnel with a gameplay-focused system built from real Texas law. Version 1.0 brings 116 arrest charges, 194 charge-specific modifiers, 47 charge-enhancement placements, 99 citations, and 27 citation-enhancement placements to patrol across the Lone Star State, backed by a tuned fictional Texas courtroom. Texas Plays by Its Own RulesEvery State Justice release is built around the state it represents—not reskinned from another pack. Texas law does not fit a generic template: fine-only traffic offenses remain Class C misdemeanors rather than invented infractions, and citations do not receive made-up driver points. One fact can reshape the entire case: a prior intoxication conviction, a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.15 or higher, impeded breathing, a protected victim, a restricted weapon circumstance, a drug quantity, or the result of a crash. Lone Star State Justice turns those details into clear choices without flooding the MDT with near-duplicate charges. Texas DWI begins with one recognizable offense, then adapts for a high alcohol level or prior intoxication convictions. Assault charges account for family violence, strangulation, protected victims, and serious injury. Weapons offenses appear only when the conduct, restriction, or location makes possession unlawful, while controlled substances follow Texas penalty groups and weight bands. One Charge, the Facts That MatterModifiers describe what happened and determine what the charge becomes. They can change the displayed offense, statute, misdemeanor or felony result, severity tier, or felony flags. Enhancements add a separate finding or consequence after the charge is selected. Texas examples include family-violence and deadly-weapon findings, an open alcohol container during DWI, a drug-free zone, or an offense committed in a disaster or evacuation area. The workflow stays simple: choose the offense, add the facts that apply, then select any separate enhancement supported by the incident. Patrol Across a Big StateThe catalog covers more than ordinary city traffic. Wide highways, rural roads, commercial loads, waterways, hunting grounds, crashes, pursuits, and vehicle equipment all have a place. Texas traffic citations use zero driver points because the state does not follow a conventional demerit-point schedule. Fines, repair options, appearance requirements, and repeat-offense results are handled individually, while arrest-level conduct such as DWI, serious hit-and-run crashes, racing injuries, and evading remains on the charge side. That same breadth carries through the arrest catalog, with Texas-focused coverage for family violence, vehicle crimes, context-sensitive weapons law, penalty-group narcotics, public corruption, animal offenses, and wildlife enforcement. A Texas Courtroom After Every FilingA tuned fictional roster of judges, prosecutors, and defense counsel brings variety to pdComp’s court outcomes. Criminal district courts, rural dockets, and county courts at law are represented alongside public defenders, appointed counsel, private attorneys, and self-represented defendants. Their tendencies influence convictions, pleas, dismissals, acquittals, and sentencing without overpowering the charge, evidence, modifiers, or enhancements behind the case. Authentic Where It CountsLone Star State Justice is not a catalog of every Texas statute. It is a carefully chosen patrol set designed so that a believable Texas call usually has a believable charge or citation waiting for it. Recognize the offense, select the facts that matter, and keep playing. The legal structure works underneath while the MDT stays readable. Authentic Texas. Built for patrol. Designed for pdComp. ... the hat is optional. The facts aren't. 3. Feed flusher is a static “block all notifications on startup” filter. QuietFeed dynamically blocks all throughout your shift according to rules you set and intelligently logs any notifications you get. This makes it effective to just toggle what you want to see on or off in a very customizable manner. As each notification is encountered once, it’s added to the in game menu and able to be toggled from that point forward.
  4. Yes, exactly. If anything but inherit, it overrides the plugin-wide setting as well. Me personally, I run most plugins at hide during duty startup then choose individually which notifications I don’t want to see from there.

From the interstate to the bayou, the facts matter. Welcome to Pelican State Justice. Pelican State JusticeA Louisiana State Overhaul for pdCompPelican State Justice replaces pdComp’s default charges, citations, and court personnel with a gameplay-focused system built from real Louisiana law. Version 1.0 brings 129 arrest charges, 238 charge-specific modifiers, 6 charge enhancements, 91 citations, 8 citation enhancements, and 43 fictional court-personnel profiles to patrol across the Pelican State. Louisiana Plays by Its Own RulesEvery State Justice release is built around the state it represents—not reskinned from another pack. Louisiana stands apart for how often a familiar offense changes when one important fact is added: a prior offense, a domestic or dating relationship, a child present, a dangerous weapon, a specific injury, a drug quantity, or a crime-of-violence designation. Pelican State Justice turns those details into clean, charge-specific choices instead of filling the MDT with nearly identical entries. Domestic Abuse Battery begins as one recognizable charge, then adapts to the facts of the call—including repeat conduct, strangulation, burning, serious bodily injury, a known pregnant victim, a child present, or dangerous-weapon involvement. Louisiana DWI follows its own first-, second-, third-, and fourth-or-subsequent progression, while child-passenger consequences remain a separate court-side enhancement. Weapons and narcotics receive the same state-specific treatment. Firearm use during violent or drug crimes, drive-by discharge, prohibited locations, Louisiana crime-of-violence status, and the state’s detailed fentanyl and carfentanil thresholds all appear where they belong without overwhelming the base-charge list. One Charge, the Facts That MatterModifiers describe what happened and determine what the charge becomes. They can change the displayed offense, statute, misdemeanor or felony result, severity tier, or crime-of-violence treatment. Enhancements add a separate legal consequence after the charge is selected. Louisiana’s fixed five-year consecutive firearm and fentanyl terms are represented as real added time. Rules that raise a mandatory minimum or restrict suspension—such as a child present during certain domestic assaults or riding with a DWI offender—remain court-side without inventing extra months. The workflow stays simple: choose the offense, add the relevant facts, then apply any separate enhancement that belongs on top. Patrol Beyond the PavementLouisiana enforcement does not end at the highway. Alongside everyday traffic stops, crashes, pursuits, and equipment violations, the citation catalog reaches into boating and waterway enforcement, off-road and UTV rules, Fish & Game, and animal-related public safety. The state’s non-point-based license system is represented with zero citation points, while fines, appearance requirements, repeat-offense results, and Louisiana’s narrow five-day unsafe-equipment repair notice are handled individually. The line between a ticket and an arrest remains deliberate, keeping DWI, dangerous hit-and-run conduct, serious injury, and other criminal traffic behavior on the charge side. That same breadth carries through the arrest catalog, with Louisiana-focused coverage for domestic and dating-partner violence, vehicular homicide and negligent injury, protective-order violations, weapons, narcotics, crimes affecting worship, wildlife offenses, and waterway incidents. A Louisiana Courtroom After Every FilingA fictional roster of 15 judges, 14 assistant district attorneys, and 14 defense-counsel profiles brings Louisiana character into pdComp’s court outcomes. Judicial district courts, criminal divisions, city and parish courts, and Criminal District Court sections are represented alongside public defenders, appointed counsel, private attorneys, and self-represented defendants. Their tendencies add variety to convictions, pleas, dismissals, acquittals, and sentencing without overpowering the charge, evidence, modifiers, or enhancements behind the case. Authentic Where It CountsPelican State Justice is not a catalog of every Louisiana statute. It is a carefully chosen patrol set designed so that a believable Louisiana call usually has a believable Louisiana charge or citation waiting for it. 8. Sorry - false alarm, I added a LML install.xml file and it popped an update notification. As of now there aren't any updates planned for FL and it should be complete, until laws change anyway.
  9. You do not need both, the citations fix version is the most current complete package. I had an error in how citation fines were entered and needed to update them, that's the only difference between V2 and (citations fix).
  10. That's entirely doable. I've got one in the queue right now and will consider that for a follow-up. The main pack would be MGL codes but I could make a SA version for you. It's on the list for consideration next. I'm always open to any suggestions or requests.

WARNING: This arrest is known to the State of California to cause court appearances. Welcome to Golden State Justice. Golden State JusticeA California State Overhaul for pdCompGolden State Justice replaces the default charge, citation, and court-personnel data with a gameplay-focused system built around California law. The goal is simple: make arrests, traffic stops, citations, and court outcomes feel distinctly Californian without turning your MDT into a shelf full of codebooks. Charges That AdaptCharges are built around recognizable offenses rather than endless lists of nearly identical statutory variations. Select the underlying offense, then use custom charge-specific modifiers to reflect the actual facts of the arrest. Depending on the charge, modifiers can account for things like: intent and degree injury and great bodily injury weapons and firearms victim status domestic or intimate-partner relationships restraining orders and prior conduct property value or loss controlled-substance type and quantity vehicle and pursuit results attempted conduct location other statutory aggravating circumstances Those selections can change the displayed offense, applicable statute, misdemeanor or felony treatment, tier, serious- or violent-felony status, and court treatment behind the scenes. More Than a Charge ListGolden State Justice makes extensive use of pdComp’s modifier and enhancement systems so cases can react to what actually happened. Modifiers handle factual variations, result-based offenses, and California’s distinctive degree and wobbler structure. Where the law allows it, one familiar base charge can resolve differently depending on the circumstances selected—including whether the final offense receives misdemeanor, felony, serious-felony, or violent-felony treatment. Enhancements handle separately pleaded circumstances such as firearm use or arming, great bodily injury, hate crimes, gang involvement, strike and prior serious-or-violent-felony history, substantial property loss, and qualifying drug quantities. Every option is assigned on a charge-by-charge basis. Relevant circumstances are available where they belong, while unrelated modifiers and enhancements stay out of the way. The result is a cleaner charge menu that can still represent substantially different cases—and produce substantially different court outcomes—when the facts demand it. Traffic EnforcementThe citation system is built around California traffic and field enforcement rather than generic ticket categories. It includes: speeding and highway enforcement lane, movement, and unsafe-driving violations traffic-control and right-of-way violations emergency and special-stop requirements distracted-driving violations driver licensing, registration, and insurance equipment and correctable violations occupant-safety and vehicle-alcohol violations collision, reporting, and hit-and-run enforcement motorcycle enforcement pedestrian and bicycle violations California-specific distinctions include exhibition of speed, property-damage-only hit-and-run, bicycle DUI, suspended-license enforcement, specialized speed bands, and other circumstances that can change how a citation is treated. DMV points, representative fines, correctability, appearance requirements, enforcement type, and selectable citation enhancements are tailored to the underlying offense while keeping the menu practical during an actual traffic stop. The boundary between citations and arrest charges is intentional. Lower-level conduct remains citable where appropriate, while injury, repetition, dangerous circumstances, or more serious conduct can move the case into the corresponding arrest offense. Broad Patrol CoverageThe overhaul is designed around situations you are likely to encounter while actually playing LSPDFR: traffic stops, pursuits, DUI investigations, assaults, domestic incidents, robberies, burglaries, thefts, kidnappings, human trafficking, weapons calls, narcotics, crashes, resisting arrests, public disorder, sexual offenses, fraud, cybercrime, privacy offenses, animal cruelty, and Fish, Game & Natural Resources enforcement. California-specific branches provide additional depth for DUI and pursuit result ladders, wrong-way evading, firearm offenses involving schools and campuses, evacuation-zone crimes, controlled-substance distinctions, serious poaching, and offenses affected by California’s serious- and violent-felony classifications. The point is not to reproduce every obscure provision California has ever enacted. It is to make sure that when a believable callout happens, there is usually a believable California charge or citation waiting for you. Court OutcomesA custom California court-personnel roster adds variation to what happens after booking. Judges, prosecutors, public defenders, private defense attorneys, and self-represented defendants have different—but intentionally restrained—tendencies affecting: convictions pleas dismissals acquittals sentencing Personnel can influence a case without overpowering the seriousness of the offense, the circumstances selected, or the evidence supporting it. Different courtroom combinations create variation without making any result feel predetermined. Detailed Without Being OverwhelmingGolden State Justice is built for players who want more legal authenticity without needing to memorize the California Penal Code, Vehicle Code, Health and Safety Code, or Fish and Game Code. You should be able to recognize the offense you need, select the facts that matter, and keep playing. The statutes, classifications, wobblers, serious- and violent-felony flags, modifier logic, enhancements, citation details, and court data do the heavier lifting underneath. Authentic California. Built for patrol. Designed for pdComp. ...stay golden. 26. You're absolutely right. There were a few spots I originally overlooked, this being one of them and Fish & Game / Park Ranger stuff for example. Using hindsight, I went back through and reexamined the charge/citation coverage as well as a lot of fundamental structures between charges, modifiers, and enhancements. I urge you to redownload the v2 file for a much more concrete experience. I also urge anyone else to point out any insufficiencies you might find. Have some spiedies on me. Also definitely try redownloading v2, it will be a much more intuitive and accurate experience. 158 charges, 525 modifiers set on a per-charge basis, and 356 enhancements also set per-charge. This makes a simple list of charges to funnel into more specific final charges using the modifiers and enhancement system that are all laid out in an easy to digest way for anyone who isn't a lawyer. Modifiers shape the charge and its severity, while enhancements add aggravating factors that increase the court’s treatment of the case. This results in authentic New York punishments (jail/fine) for charges built through an immersive legal system. It really doesn't get any more New York than that.

You know what's worse than Florida Man? Booking him under the wrong statute. Sunshine State JusticeA Florida State Overhaul for pdCompSunshine State Justice is a complete Florida overhaul for pdComp built around current Florida law, practical patrol use, and believable court outcomes. The focus was not simply adding as many charges and citations as possible. The overhaul is built around a cleaner system that lets one base charge adapt to the facts of the incident, while still covering the situations that actually come up during LSPDFR patrol. Charges That AdaptSunshine State Justice makes extensive use of custom modifiers and enhancements instead of filling the charge list with separate versions of the same offense. Start with the underlying charge, then apply the facts that matter. Modifiers describe what happened and can change how the charge is classified or treated — victim status, injury, weapon involvement, drug type or quantity, protected persons, and other offense-specific circumstances. Enhancements are kept separate for additional court and sentencing consequences such as habitual-offender status, prison-releasee status, gang involvement, and other qualifying factors. The result is a shorter, cleaner charge list that still supports a wide range of arrest situations. More Than a Charge ListThose selections are not just labels. Where applicable, modifiers can change the resulting severity, tier, statute, felony classification, court weight, and other charge data. Enhancements remain separate so court and sentencing factors do not have to be baked into duplicate charge entries. This gives pdComp more useful information to work with while keeping the player-facing side straightforward. Traffic EnforcementThe citation system received the same attention behind the scenes. Florida citations include details such as: driver-license points representative real-world fine amounts moving vs. nonmoving treatment correctable equipment violations mandatory court appearances where required repeat-offense consequences Criminal traffic offenses stay on the arrest side instead of being duplicated as ordinary citations. Broad Patrol CoverageThe overhaul is designed around the situations that actually come up in LSPDFR. Violent offenses, theft, burglary, weapons, drugs, DUI and vehicle crimes, public-order offenses, traffic enforcement, equipment violations, documentation issues, motorcycles, pedestrians, commercial vehicles, and Florida-specific roadway rules are all represented. The goal is broad coverage without turning the menu into a statute book. Court OutcomesThe court personnel system was also rebuilt for Florida, with fictional judges, prosecutors, and defense counsel using balanced outcome biases and sentencing tendencies. Different personnel can influence pleas, dismissals, convictions, acquittals, and sentencing without making any one combination feel predetermined. Detailed Without Being OverwhelmingThe player-facing workflow stays simple: Select the base charge. Add the facts. Apply any enhancements. The more detailed legal and court logic stays in the background where it belongs. Authentic where it counts, streamlined where it should be. ... only in Florida.
