It's not even clear to me exactly what it is you are complaining about.

Hi, I've been trying to install this version and to the best of my knowledge everything is in place...I followed the instructions to the letter and also followed Criminal justice's guide too. However, once in game I get the following  on screen "calloutinterface could not start you are missing required libraries".

Any ideas at all? Thanks in advance.

This is a great enhancement for the already awesome Callout Interface.  This is a mod I HIGHLY recommend for all LSPDFR players (also check the out the rest of the plugins Opus created, they are just as epic).

Early on in my tests I had forgotten how to activate the cursor so manipulate the interface (just hold A for a tiny bit and  the arrow appears), yeah that's operator error.  I know Opus will continue making this plugin even better.  And I for one can't wait!!!

GRAND SLAM OPUS!!!

I meant to add that I had done that. I watched yours first as it was top, then after having issues read through the 1.4 replies & saw the CJ video mentioned. As mentioned, followed your instructions but just keep getting that box/window & error(shown in my screenshot above). I’ve removed the files & repeatedly tried but still the error.

Then you're not following the video.  The only possible way to get that error is you aren't copying all of the files.  You must copy everything.

This is odd then! I’m literally dragging & dropping as per your video (excluding Rage as mine is ok). I’ll keep running the process hoping it works.  Cheers

I did the same and doesn't work for me neither 😞

It works fine for thousands of people -- you are doing something wrong, or your antivirus is possibly preventing all files from being installed. You must install the files included in the download.

Further help can be found in the Discord, but that's the bottom line when it comes to solving that error.

You know can can open the html file, cut & paste  that text into notepad and have your very own custom .txt file to call your very own, with very little effort.

I happen to like it, for old people like me, it is much easier to read. With such an awesome mod it seems a bit trivial to complain about something you read pretty-much ONE time to insure you are installing it correctly, then you don't have to see it again.

Why must you be so rude? Why do you feel entitled to criticize over something so trivial when you've contributed nothing of value?

Really? Do I need to go back to your original complaint? Are you a psychopath or just 12 years old?

People like you are the absolute worst. You take from other who produce work for free and then do nothing but complain like a spoiled, entitled child.

I think you are mistaken, I just pointed out a simple and easy improvement and u laughed at me, I appreciate the plugin, like the overhaul, am grateful for it, and wish all callout packs would utilize it, I just told u what can be improved instead of u having to figure it out

That is not a fair account of what happened.  Your initial statement was a petty insult, not a recommendation.  My laughing wasn't at your idea but what I perceived as your  lack of self awareness, that not only would you open by criticizing something trivial, you would then expect me to do something about it.

Imagine spending hundreds of hours on something and then giving it away, just to have someone look at some minor, inconsequential part of your work and say this part "...just sucks."

If you had simply asked for a different format to be included I probably would have done it, even though I don't see it as an improvement at all.  Programmers generally write readme's in markdown which doesn't translate well to plain text.  HTML, however, maintains formatting and hyperlinks which IMO is superior.  Nevertheless, I routinely incorporate suggestions from others out of a desire to benefit the community as a whole.

I don't think it's unreasonable for me to expect feedback to be constructive.

I would like to apologize to u then, it wasn't even meant as constructive criticism but just as simple feedback as I thought many people including me are just used to .txt, but I guess I should've used better words, my bad, peace, and thanks for this amazing plugin
