Any developer assets created or provided by Fedya or ogAlexx, including but not limited to models, textures, files, components, modifications, or other original content made available through LCPDFR or any other platform, are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Commercial use of these assets is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization and payment of the applicable commercial licensing fee.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Selling, reselling, or distributing products containing or incorporating these assets;
Using these assets in paid modifications, vehicles, models, packs, commissions, or other commercial projects;
Including these assets in products or services offered for sale without authorization;
Redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise providing these assets to third parties for commercial purposes; or
Using these assets to generate revenue or other commercial benefit without an appropriate license.
You may NOT rip, steal or take any parts/equipment/attachments from any locked releases to use for your own projects. If the user in possession of the files and does so, they must cease and desist, and must destroy and/all copies of said files.
If you are utilizing any assets belonging to Fedya or ogAlexx for commercial purposes without obtaining the required authorization and commercial license, you are hereby placed on notice that such use is unauthorized.
We reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies against unauthorized commercial use, including enforcement of our rights under applicable U.S. copyright and intellectual property law. This may include seeking damages, injunctive relief, recovery of applicable costs and fees, and any other remedies available under law.
If you wish to use these assets commercially, you must obtain prior written permission and pay the applicable commercial licensing fee before any commercial distribution, sale, or monetization occurs.
