This script automatically "scans" passing vehicles and tells you if there are any markers on them.

The script is entirely random and separate from any databases, so you get a variety of plates and flags.

By default, about 24% of cars on the road will trigger a flag. Like an actual APR system it is up to you to investigate APR activations in detail.

KNOWN BUGS:

- Hits may occur on exempted vehicles if they have been modded and the vehicles.ide file changed.

V2.0 is a thorough overhaul/rewrite; while lots of testing has been done, feel free to PM me if you encounter any other bugs or stability issues.

Great script, but would you consider filtering government vehicles from having any sort of flags? While it's funny to see a police car with a wanted marker, it takes away from the realism a little.

Copy the two files into ur scripts folder...then start ur game and press F5.

I placed the files in my scripts folder.

Started up EFLC and went to the PD to go On-Duty.

But i see nothing, do i need to start it up ?

I checked the ini file but i dont see a text line to activate it.

Im probably making a stupid mistake.

Once you download it, open the folder and you'll see the .ini and the .dll file I think it is and then just simply copy it to your scripts folder in your main GTA IV Directory (where the game installed)

You need the .NET hook loader I think. Which is automatically installed if you have LCPD:FR installed. The comment above mine explains where to copy the files to.

I know the plate numbers are autogenerated.....but for say a department that runs a plate with say "letter letter letter......number number number....." is there a way to edit the generator to follow that pattern?
