You know those cops around the city armed with M4s guarding important thingies? This mod lets you choose what outfit they're wearing and what weapon they wield. Works best with Custo/F5544's cop mods so they can walk around in body armour and stuff.

Could you make a similar mod, that would let us choose two or more peds that are guarding?

How do you activate the mod? I downloaded it done everything you said, you haven't told us how to activate the mod
