Transit Callouts Pack 1.0.1

(5 reviews)

1 Screenshot

hi guys,

This is my first ever attempt at making a callout pack for LSPDFR, a, so I would appreciate every bit of feedback you guys give me!

This pack as of version 1.0.0 (you can always check the readme of the downloaded file to check the version number) contains 2 callouts. 1 is a suspect fleeing officers after failing to pay for their fare (fare evasion), and the second is a suspect hijacking a transit bus and posing a serious threat to the safety of the citizens of San Andreas.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ANY BUGS IN THE COMMENTS SECTION (NOT THE REVIEW SECTION)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A VERY EARLY STAGE IN THIS CALLOUT'S DEVELOPMENT, AND IT IS FAR FROM WHAT I WANT THE END PRODUCT TO BE

DO NOT REUPLOAD, DISTRIBUTE, OR SELL MY CONTENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU WANT TO USE MY CONTENT IN A CLAN, PLS CONTACT ME FIRST.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR GAME.

Planned development:

V1.0.1: will add a new scenario driven callout which will involve a nearly fatal assault in the subway station, and will require the player to talk to witnesses, investigate the area, and apprehend the correct suspect

V1.02: will add a new potential terrorism callout, but I am still working on the details.

Thank you so much to @Sebofor helping me create this callout pack. Also, want to thank  @AlexBraun, @RoyceTheFox, @NoNameSet  ,and Rey (sorry couldn't find his name on LSPDFR) for helping to test the callouts for bugs, and for helping me with learning to use the RPH API.

What's New in Version 1.0.1

Released

both callouts are now functional, they are still in their early stages tho, as they still lack the amount of complexity and realism that I want to have in all my callouts. I am now working on the scenario based callouts, and depending on what you guys want, I will make more callouts. I once again apologize for the callout not working correctly in V1.0.0

SCREENSHOTS AND FOOTAGE OF THE MORE ADVANCED CALLOUTS ARE ON THE WAY!

Is there more callouts planned planned and how long until a update

Do these callouts have special interactions with them? Or do they simply spawn a ped for you to chase/fend off?

The callouts both crash upon accepting them.

Also dispatcher doesn't say what kind of callout is happening.

They just say. "We have......"

The "We have..." issue can come from dispatch audio replacers because I have gotten that before too, which is a large reason why I don't use them anymore.

So for you, what is the dispatcher saying ingame for both callouts? And are you crashing when accepting them?

@Pavy yep my beta testers have told me the same thing about the stability issue, i think i know where i messed up the code, and am currently working on fixing it, V1.0.1 will just be a patch to make this pack usable, and should be done in 2 hours from the time of me posting this. I apologize for the crashes.

Give him time, mate. Stop bashing him for having an unstable plugin.

Not bashing him. Just replying to Clarinetplayer77, the person was unaware it has already been tested. Just stating the facts.

He's already acknowledged this issue and that is great of him to do.

i wasnt talking about just that message, im talking about everything youre doing here. an like Clarinetplayer77 said, maybe he got a bit too enthusiastic and posted it before the testing stage was complete.

the callout pack is now working, i again apologize for the terrible launch. pls note that i am working on developing much more advanced callouts such as the scenerio based callouts that will be released in the coming days.

I like the transit based idea, I think as you make more progress this will be a really cool pack. Don't listen to the people who have absolutely nothing but negative garbage to speak, I'd like to see them do better when they're first starting out. Your heads in the right place, can't wait to see you improve.

thank you for your kind words

for anyone interested here is what I'm working on right now. As for the current 2 callouts, they will be heavily upgraded in the future.

Probably an 💀💀. There is a guy named Viper who made an ATS truck which is pretty much the best truck for ATS atm. And he is Viper212.
