I present you with my third official GTA V vehicle mod! it took me approx about 1-2 Days to piece together the model in its entirety
, I would greatly appreciate it if you leave feedback!
=============== Installation ===============
To install the vehicle all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.

For me it would be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

To install the ELS VCF file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and drag and drop it here

To install the vehicle.meta file, navigate to:

Caused game to crash 2-3 times in 30 mins. Lights go steady burn in the front when you get out of the car. Switched vehicles in game and no issues. Not sure if it's related but my game is usually very stable.

Lights go steady burn in the front because it is a CHP car....

And Idk about the crashing, that might be on your side, I didn't crash and I had it in my game for 1hr+ and @winglesschip209 just took screenshots of it and no mention of a crash

I live in NJ, so maybe I'm off. But, the lights flash until the cop gets out and they automatically go steady burn? I've never seen that.

No crash in my end worked fine i was in game for about 30 min

i like what you did the lights go to steady burn when you get off pretty cool

Honestly I probably won't, I'm waiting on @Thehurk to release his CHP pack myself which will be better than this by like 100 times

can't really call this ELS when you can't change the light patterns or anything... the point of ELS is to be able to change the patterns and when light are on and off.

It Is a ELS enabled California Highway Patrol vehicle foRced to the CHP patterns inside ELS, it might be different for you guys who live outside of California and some parts of Nevada but to us it's as normal as any other car

@dunkboi Hi. Could you please tell what happened to your SAHP FPIS? I couldn’t find it anymore, thoygh the vehicle is amazing.

Hey, I love the car but for some reason the whole light bar is blacked out and I cant see any of the lights except the mirror lights and the push bar lights. Any possible fixes for this? I installed it into the Police4 slot.

This video shows really good, what the Cali boys are talking about:

At 0:30 you'll see the CHP crusiser enters the intersection with yelp, like it's recommended for police officers in Cali.

With the change to yelp, the pattern changes also.

At 1:00 you see the front with yelp.

At 1:27 the officer puts the car in park, and the whole front is steady burn.

Also good to see at 2:50.

There're a lot of other patterns, like rear blue- amber- flashing, or forward red in park and forward red when moving and so on.

I hope it explains the specific light set up of the CHP.

It's something special, because it's pretty unique in the USA.
