i cant get the ped to spawn with the other heads :(

i copied over the pedvariations to my data folder but no luck

what am i doing wrong?

Do you mean the original heads? You cannot spawn them with this model, I replaced them with the cowboy head so the use of he's hat is possible.

i mean when you go to the WTD file, and there's the other spawn-able faces, (head-diffr and all that jazz) so i cant use those faces?

was just thinking it looks a bit silly as all my state troopers have the same face :(

I agree, but I had to replace the head to that one so the use of the hat is possible. It doesn't match on the original ones.

ahhhh i understand, i have a few units from a pack i downloaded a few weeks back, with the faces having slightly larger heads than most and i think one of the heads used is actually the cowboy, i'm not 100% sure though, if i can remember what pack it is, maybe the heads could be integrated for more variety, its only an idea though :)

This crashes the game. Something is wrong with your version of pedvariations.

@FrazerJ0n35 You can't spawn the other heads, correct spawning means the clothes spawn correct (without belt wearing shirt version etc.)

how about copying the head a fewtimes and moding the face texture etc, make the same head with different textures
