[ELS][Peds] Paleto Bay Police Dept Pack 1.0.2

Paleto Bay Police Dept Pack by SCPDUnit23

This pack contains 4 vehicles and 2 ped reskins for the Paleto Bay Police Dept. Ya know that town nobody bother to visit? 

Vehicles include:
-2011 Ford CrownVictoria (including K9 livery)
-2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X (because why not?)
-2014 Dodge Charger Pursuit
-2013 Chevrolet Silverado

Also contains 2 peds (male/female) with reskined blue uniforms for the PBPD. 

Templates has been provided to create your own liveries as usual. 

Disclaimer:

(except GTA Online).

Installing vehicles:
1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

For the Ford CrownVictoria (Important for rotators to work!)
3. Install carvariations.meta found in CVPI folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc\common\data (REQUIRED FOR ROTATORS TO WORK! BE SURE TO BACKUP THIS FILE!)
4. Install carcols.ymt found in CVPI folder in mods\update\update\x64\data (REQUIRED FOR ROTATORS TO WORK! BE SURE TO BACKUP THIS FILE!)

5. If the lights does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to 
   <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file.

Installing Peds:
1. Drag and drop the files under 
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday7ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday7ng.rpf (Do not worry if original sheriff ped files are not here,
they are in a different patchday location. This is to prevent accidentally overwriting existing sheriff ped files in case if you want to remove
these peds for Blaine County Sheriff Patrol).
