Hello! And welcome to my FIRST Actual vehicle package released! With this Mega pack comes to you the BCSO vehicles based off of my county, Paulding County. Within the pack, you will find vehicles the PCSO uses. The vehicles emergency lights are all blue. The new SHERIFF with this pack is "Steve Haines", If you do not know who Steve is, You need to throw away your copy of GTA 5! Steve retired from the FIB and came to Blaine County where he would then be elected at the next sheriff! This pack took me 4 weeks to make, and I hope you really do like it! IF YOU WOULD LIKE REAL LIFE PICTURES OF PCSO, Go to Google and Look up "Paulding County Sheriffs Office". Huge special thanks to @Thero for helping me on the LOD's for each and every vehicle, and Rudy Hampton for making the Deputies (Another Pack coming)

BCSO Deputies

ABOUT THIS PACK

I made this vehicle package as a more urban and realistic environment to most of us, who's county's don't really have that much in income. The textures are basic, Yet clean especially in the environments you put them in. The Crown Victoria has the old "Brown" colored scheme because it's an older patrol car, but the newer ones, Sheriff decided to go with gray. In this vehicle pack, you will see the following - 15' Tahoe Marked and Unmarked, 16' Ford Explorer Marked and Unmarked, 16' Impala Marked, 11' Crown Victoria Marked, and a 13' Tahoe Marked.

The 13' Tahoe's back seats were completely removed and customized to add in a K9 area, for more room for our furry family member, instead of being locked in a cage

15' Tahoe's tires and rims have been edited to result in a realistic sized Patrol Tahoe in real life. Real life patrol Tahoe's down here has small looking tires and rims.

Crown Victoria and Chevy Impala Emblems removed from the trunk of vehicles for vinyl to go on (How it is down here )

Variety Of Skins

I've included multiple skins for the Vehicles Including-

K9 Skins to the 13' Tahoe, 2011 CVPI, and 15' Tahoe

D.U.I Task force (Traffic) Skin for the 16' Impala

H.E.A.T (Highway Enforcement and Traffic) unit skins for the 11' CVPI

Patrol Skins for most of the Marked Vehicles.

"In God We Trust" On some patrol vehicles.

Installation

Strongly Recommend using albo's Modding DLC pack, should never have an issue installing vehicles again, and it's SUPER SIMPLE, Plus there are a lot of extra vehicles in here!

http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/15317-modding-dlc-pack-v/

If you don't want to you install it in your mods folder under the latest game day patch like so

Mods - Update - x64 - DlcPacks - Patchday15/14(Most recent in your game) - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf (Replace/Drag and drop)

VCF's (ELS)

Grand Theft Auto V Directory - ELS - pack_default (Replace/Drag and drop)

KNOWN ISSUES

No collisions on ram bars

Due to Tahoe's Resized tires and rims, LOD's look weird on tires at times

WINDOW TINTS /CLEAN YOUR VEHICLE- WINDOW TINTS WILL MAKE YOUR LIGHTBAR LOOK BLACK, OR YOU NEED TO CLEAN YOUR VEHICLE. Simply download a trainer that will do the job with cleaning your vehicle and setting your window tint to "None". Ik this gets extremely frustrating during a chase. Simply go to your carvariations file and Replace the diffusetint values with this for no tint: <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

If anything else pops up, Please leave a comment below... If a comment was already made about your issue please simply like that comment so i know! Thank you

Do these vehicles have working takedowns and alley lights?

Sadly Not... If I can find someone who knows how to do those, I will update it with it!

Marked explorer's lightbar still sometimes spawns blocked out. I already edited the tint in my vehicles.meta. Sometimes, my backup arrives in the explorer with a perfect lightbar, but most of the time, they arrive with a blocked-out lightbar.

My suggestion is spawn it, fix it how you want it and save the vehicle in the trainer, so next time you won't have to go through all of that. As of backup spawning with the same issue, possibly did the carvaritions  or vehicles.meta part wrong. Or the textures as stated could have dirt making the lightbar get covered.

For some reason, it looks like replacing the lightbar glass texture in the ytd with this one, from the" optionals" file in BradM's new LSPD pack, fixed it for me.

I do quite like the pack, However, could you please fix the HEAT Skin to spell "Governor's" without a typo :D I could, but then it would still be flawed for everyone else. Other than that, great pack, especially for a first.

Fixed, Thanks for leaving a positive comment to aware me of an issue like I asked, instead of a review! Brand new CVPI coming in a bit! New interior and all!

@ThePatrioticGamer Hey, thanks for putting your name into the fold as a new modder! I didn't get a chance to check out any of your other vehicles, but I have been looking for a slicktop FPIU that allows skins and yours fit well in my lineup. The only thing I noticed off the bat was that there are no rear blinkers on it. I was wondering if it's possible to update with that feature. I know it's not the biggest deal, but I'm a stickler for detail and I like using blinkers. I like the minimal lighting and it handles great! I think this is a great first try and I wish others wouldn't be so condescending. They've released models that had things wrong with them too, so I don't understand it.

Hey man, I greatly appreciate comments like this, those reviews to me were based solely upon A.) He just released a vehicle pack, and I released the same (So he finds each and every mistake wrong and points them out) and The other one, everyone else criticizes so he has to do the same. But I will for sure look into that. If most read it says (Work In Progress), I believe in public testing much like most modders, And I thank the ones who truly do want to help me, then try and make me give up!

You're welcome! Constructive criticism can be helpful, but the way they said what they said was completely unnecessary and rude. I'm glad that you will keep going and want to improve your work. I think you are off to a fine start. Better than anything I can make, atm :). I appreciate you looking into the blinkers. I think I'll take it out for a spin again and check to make sure there is nothing else I missed.

@ThePatrioticGamer Ok, I just got back from taking the slicktop for a spin. I stick by the handling being spot on. It's great! I wouldn't be opposed to a couple more lights on the front, maybe in the grill, but it still definitely works fine as is. I would say a push bar would look good, and maybe one or two small antennas on the top. But those are all just eye candy. The only other noticeable cosmetic issues other than the rear blinkers is that the glass on the front is more or less see through , and there are some small gaps in the seams of the vehicle that allow me to see all the way through. The most noticable gap is between the driver side door and the frame. I can adjust the window myself using photoshop, and the gaps aren't horrible, but I thought I'd mention it.

I myself don't really know how to make cars yet, although I'd love to start, so I say all this respectfully. I know how much work it takes to make these vehicles, so thanks for all the work!

Oh, lastly, I know that it's not the easiest thing to do, and even the more experienced modders don't always do it, but breakable glass would be awesome :)! And reading some of the other comments, I hope you are able to find someone to teach you how to do the takedowns.

As said in the post, its based on my County and how they have it, so sadly won't be adding on the ram bar nor extra lights (other than maybe side runners), the separation may have happened while I was working on something and accidentally moved the whole vehicle a tad, without realizing it, so thanks for noticing!

Oh, gotcha. That's cool!

Thanks again for looking into those things. I hope you're able to figure them out. I did forget to mention that I noticed the rear lightbar floats in the car. It's not that big of a deal to me because I don't open the trunk of my vehicles much, but I noticed it as I was checking out every nook and cranny of the slicktop. Also, having working dials would be great too, if possible, but again, not a big deal to me because I don't use FP that much, but I know a lot of people do.  I'm not sure how hard any of that is, and I wish you the best!

I added a few of these using albo's modding pack however for some reason I cannot find them. I tried spawning country and county2 even others and none show up in the script bar.

Did you follow the instructions in albo's files? You have to do vehicle meta's, car variations, etc
