how can i used the county ones without that modding dlc?

is anyone else having a problem loading the game with the mods folder in? (i could not find anywhere ealse to talk about it so i cam here)

how does one install all the models if they copy over each other not vary well planned out there

don't give up man i had a hard time getting started to you need to make a mods folder in your directory then copy all contents of the update folder into it then for the car you want to fallow this route mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday14>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles now at the top of open iv in the address bar theirs a edit mode hit that then hit the green plus button that's almost under it from there find all the car files u want to install and high light them then hit the open button all the cars are now installed ( in this packs case all the files for each car are in different folders so you will have to do them one at a time using that green button or you can take them out into one big folder) you only want the .ytf .ytf and +hi_.ytf, _hi.ytd files (the vcf will be continued in next comment) for the VCF's you will need this mod its supper simple to install drop all the contents of the installation folder into your directory from there fallow this path ELS>pack_default and drop all the VCF files from the downloaded mod into there and your done the vehicles.meta may or may not be needed depends on your game if the lights or something does not work let me know and ill tell u how to install it

i apreaicat u telling us where to put the model but the last part was idk how to put it but "you should know how to install things by now" did u forget about new mod users who are just learning what to do

ah i figured it out people should start menting for new mod users or returning ones who have never used ELS before ( like my self) that they need this mod

it seams like a really simple task but im cufused still is it supposed to go ELS> pack_default then the VCF's or ELS pack_default then the VCF's

(Delete if not aloud) but some cars say they need a ELS>pack_default and im not sure what to do when it says that can someone please help me?

please for love of all non experienced mod users like my self use a open iv package installer i hate big and complicated to install mods like this (i will say it seams simple but i can't get the dang things working when they are made the way this car is. ive tried to install one like this before so when i looked at the files be fore downloading i said the heck with this)
