[MAJOR UPDATE] 2015 Police Mustang GT [ADDON] 0.9.5

This is a total rebuild of zQrba's 2015 Mustang! Its basically a totally new car considering Ive added  parts from other models found on gamemodels.ru to make it much higher quality. Its now a bad ass police pursuit vehicle with plenty of extras! . Its still a WIP but almost finished.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE AND THE BOTTOM OF THE README!

BUGS

**If you have the original model installed in place of dominator, not all tuning parts will work properly but some will. 
Windshield and headlight glass tints with the rest of windows?
Ram Bar stays attached in collision?
Some holes appear after collision from original model I cant fix.
Please post pics of any other bugs you may encounter!

I am looking for a smaller ram bar if anyone has a link!
Light Smoke tint looks best
**For working tuning parts you need to install
    the original model properly as dominator linked below in credits
This car handles like a real Mustang, so it is tough to control with a keyboard. 
For best driving results use a controller. If you dont own one, change handling ID to dominator!

Installation
---------------------------------
In OpenIV navigate to \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and extract dlclist.xml to your desktop. Open it with notepad and add the text below to the bottom of the list of dlcpacks, save it and put it back where it came from. 
    <Item>dlcpacks:\2015polstang\</Item>

Then navigate to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and create a new folder called 2015polstang and put my dlc.rpf into it. 

Use trainer to spawn by name: 2015polstang

OPTIONAL - BACKUP CARCOLS FIRST - To use my custom siren pattern just place my carcols in \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data but please note, my carcols affects all police cars that use siren1 pattern and I do have flashing headlights and taillights enabled!

Honestly @Wippy those are bugs from original model that Im not sure I will be able to fix. The collision from this model is the exact same as the dominator just stretched and widened a little so as far as the bugs concerning collision Im not sure if I know how to fix (maybe the wrong flag on roof). No one has been helpful so far in my quest for zmodeler information as Im assuming people want to keep info private and hard to get so they can be the only ones with the knowledge? Everything I know I learned by picking apart default gta 5 cars in zmodeler. I havent really learned how to add polygons or manipulate them yet which is what I think I would need to do to fix the taillight hole problem after collision. I will definitely keep searching for more knowledge on these issues and keep this updated as I learn so dont give up hope! I also always thought people wouldnt let this beautiful car get that wrecked < haha!

At least you're trying, some people just release their cars and that's all, no updates, no bugfixes, no feedback reading. I really want to help, but I know nothing about modeling, so I just can't. But I suppose many modders here are good people and may help you. I know certain guys on gta5-mods, but they're very busy I suppose, because so many new modders there are trying to ask them about something. On other hand LSPDFR is a bit more mature and settled communty (I think it is).

Personally I wreck every car I install on my computer. I don't see anyone doing extensive bug-searching and crash-tests, every "car review" here or on gta5-mods is just camera rolls around the car, often without any interior spotlight. I personally don't understand this, because playing as both police officer and criminal is about chasing, and chasing is high speed, and high speed is a risk of crashing into traffic and walls. I can't just ride around the state lazily and arrest scums. And, you know, people of Los Santos are nuts, shots fired and they flee pedal to the metal and heap of battered cars is on the road. So yea, I smash everything and everyone!1 MUHAHAHAHA:teehee:

Second is chassis deformation. After a small crash I got my interior broken as hell. There's also a small clip in FPV, but it can be solved via tweaking vehicles.meta, I always do it on my own. Roof is also screwed and it's weird. Yes, it's realistic, but almost all custom cars available at the moment got solid roof to make FPV playing smooth (vanilla cars have it by default).

Third, there's a small gaps and holes in front of the car in some places around rambar (it's also hanging in air but I guess it's not a bug).

Hey bro did u manage to fix the clipping of the roof in FPV via the vehicles.meta file? Im not sure which values to change. And I think the rim bug when the tires are off is a vehicles.meta adjustment as well, under <wheelScale value="" /> and <wheelScaleRear value="" /> If u have any luck please let me know what u changed!

Hi bruh, FPV is this line: <PovCameraOffset x="0.000000" y="-0.140000" z="0.650000" />

Change bold balue to drag camera lower or higher. The lesser the value, the lower the camera. Be accurate, so if your mustang has z=0.650000 for example (I can't check now), to remove clipping you should set z=0.620000 or even 0.630000. "X" value is for moving the camera to the left\right, and "Y" is for moving it forward or backward. (if looking at horizon of couse),

And what about wheels, I suppose it's a problem with mesh itself, so it can't be solved via .meta tweaking.

Awesome, I got the clipping in FPV fixed. Im pretty sure my wheel and tire mesh is setup same as default cars since I copied the values directly from the dominator and I asked over at the Zmodeler forums and only person answered said it can be fixed via the vehicles meta values I pointed out so Im not sure where Im stuck there.

Actually I had a gunplay with a random guy and I got my wheels shot through, I got 1 star and tried to escape from that place and found my rims screwed af :D

Im working on adding a code3 light bar, but still setting up a couple things. Im not sure I like it so I wanna know if anyone else likes it? Right now I have the new light bar working properly but it has more lights than the old one so I have to set up sirens again on it in carcols. Plus this one has 2 extra lights that come on with the headlights that I cant get to show properly. @gregb150 < what do u think?

Hey there, I like it heaps, code 3 defender is a sweet looking light, you've done a great job it suits the Mustang perfectly, maybe you would need to alter the siren settings in the car variations file as well, some of the models I've tried have flashing rear lights and indicators, really nice flash patterns too, very impressed @Masterschwag keep up the good work, your model is one of the best by far.

Oh and @Thero is a master template maker, he fixed the mustang I uploaded, his template is very clear and accurate, he fix alot of issues I had with ovelapping textures etc.  maybe contact him for help, he might be able to fix some of the other bugs found also

@gregb150 here is a quick video preview of the code 3 lightbar in action. I am still working on a new pattern for this light bar because I had to re-arrange the siren numbers to accommodate the extra sirens. I removed the 2 extra lights and just made them siren mesh instead. So here is what it looks like!

I guess you're using RadianceV or something like that, if so, you should light up the bar a bit, it seems dull. I don't know how modders usually do it, maybe textures for more "bright" appearance or whatever.

Actually that 100% stock graphics my friend. I have too much problems with enb, reshade stuff.. Its as bright as it gets lol..

You could put the DLC in your mods folder and open it with OpenIV and extract all the files if u want then delete the DLC. But I will include all the files in the next update by Sunday!

Just in case anyone is paying attention, I am done with the new code 3 light bar and siren pattern as well! I am just making trying to get some new screen shots made up and possibly a video so I will be updating in the next couple days! It wont be the final update but it will be close. I still want to try to change the rims and the interior police lights and a couple more small things but all in all she looks better than ever!

Hey seeing as I see you WANT  to improve this I thought maybe use a fiction spotlight rather than the lore friendly spotlight, 

 this spotlight is used on all Taurus/explorer models so it should be okay if not u can use a generic DETAILED unfictional spotlight here:

@Masterschwag Hey bro, seems like your mustang got some polishing, it's good. I just want to ask, why lightbar has "on" textures when it's actually turned off? So it looks like lightbar is on but without producing any light, just textures, but it's turned off. I guess there should be two sets of lightbar textures, one for "turned off" state and another for "turned on", but as I can see it has only one (from screenshots above).

@Wippy if u look at the top of the description and click show hidden contents u can see a video of what it looks like. After viewing the video tell me if u think the bug is still occurring.

Sorry. Lightbar is fine on the video, but it's messed up on those pics, they confused me. I should try it myself in-game.
