[MAJOR UPDATE] 2015 Police Mustang GT [ADDON] 0.9.5

This is a total rebuild of zQrba's 2015 Mustang! Its basically a totally new car considering Ive added  parts from other models found on gamemodels.ru to make it much higher quality. Its now a bad ass police pursuit vehicle with plenty of extras! . Its still a WIP but almost finished.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE AND THE BOTTOM OF THE README!

**If you have the original model installed in place of dominator, not all tuning parts will work properly but some will. 
Windshield and headlight glass tints with the rest of windows?
Ram Bar stays attached in collision?
Some holes appear after collision from original model I cant fix.
Please post pics of any other bugs you may encounter!

**For working tuning parts you need to install
    the original model properly as dominator linked below in credits
This car handles like a real Mustang, so it is tough to control with a keyboard. 
For best driving results use a controller. If you dont own one, change handling ID to dominator!

Installation
---------------------------------
In OpenIV navigate to \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and extract dlclist.xml to your desktop. Open it with notepad and add the text below to the bottom of the list of dlcpacks, save it and put it back where it came from. 
    <Item>dlcpacks:\2015polstang\</Item>

Then navigate to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and create a new folder called 2015polstang and put my dlc.rpf into it. 

Use trainer to spawn by name: 2015polstang

OPTIONAL - BACKUP CARCOLS FIRST - To use my custom siren pattern just place my carcols in \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data but please note, my carcols affects all police cars that use siren1 pattern and I do have flashing headlights and taillights enabled!

How can I remove them? The model is locked? I want AI Cars to spawn without those extras.

Ahh I see your reasoning now. I can see if maybe editing carcols or carvariations may have an answer and if not, I will release a slicktop verion. Which parts would you like me to remove?

I'm pretty sure Extras can't be removed via carcols, as I've done quite a lot of studying with carcols. Let me install your model and test it first and I'll let you know what configuration looks best. Cheers. Give me about 10 minutes, and I'll edit this comment if I can. One more thing, I put models in by editing them in to my own DLC, one thing I have't been able to figure out is what the first number for modkits is for? What does the 27 correspond to? Like the ID could be 33, and I understand the ID is based off many kits there are, like kit 1 (id 1) kit 2 (id 2) and so on, but what does the second number mean? I usually just make the second number the same as the ID, haven't noticed any issue so far.

One of those is the computer, I was debating on whether or not the computer should be in the unmarked slicktop version or not, and I'm voting not. One other problem is the front emitters don't seem to be working?

Oh, and response to neo's review. The reason for no siren is because the audioNameHash isn't sent to a police vehicle. It's set to dominator.

I will work on removing those items and releasing a slicktop version. As far as the 2 lights in the grill, I cant get them to light properly like the rest no matter what I do. I can look for a better grill light setup to work with but cant promise anything yet.

Weird, sirens work on my end. I will look into that and update tonight or in the morning!

@neo the siren may not be working because in the vehicles.meta file located here,

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

Export it somewhere, use control F to find the line's that rule the Mustang, in the vehicles.meta, it must have a flag line something like this,    

<flags>FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_NO_RESPRAY FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_HAS_INTERIOR_EXTRAS FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON</flags>

it must say it's an Emergency vehicle or Law Enforcement for the game recognize it

OH! So the Siren actually comes from the emergency flag, I should have known.

It needs everything, the flags in the vehicle.meta are a necessary, so is  the information in the carcols or carvariations to operate the lights  etc

Checked it out, the previous comment by jZersche is correct the audiohash line in the vehicles.meta is the problem, it needs to be set to police or police 3 etc, not dominator, I changed mine works fine, I installed jZersche's light mod and that looks sweet also, nice one

This looks best, In next update, you should just get rid of the spoiler all together in my opinion, and just put it inside the carcols instead in the modkit. @Masterschwag Sirensettings 13 only messes it u and 2 of the lights stop working, 1 works best but the front lights don't work on either 1 or 13

I like the 2nd set of light mesh's better personally but in next update I will make either of those optional. Did u make those so I can give u credits? And I fixed the siren sound but how do I set engine sound without using menyoo? I somehow have working sirens and it sounds like the dominator in my game so Im not sure how to make it like that for everyone else.

As I know, you can't just set different engine sound to police vehicle, because all police hashes include both engine and siren sound, but civilian car hashes do NOT include siren sound. So if you set civilian car audiohash to police car, there will be no siren at all. It can (possibly) be done via editing hashes and attaching sound files to them, but it's probably hard to perform.

@neotyrant @JZersche @gregb150 @Wippy I uploaded to a new version that fixes the siren sound issue, just need to use menyoo to change engine sound to dominator now. The gif pic I posted at the top under changes is the siren pattern and the 3rd set of images @JZersche posted. I cant get RadianceV to work for the life of me with VisualV so having brighter light mesh texture is a must for me and Im sure many others!

P.S. I don't understand this hassle with lightbar textures. It's default lightbar from GTAV, and it's still crap no matter which textures it uses. It doesn't make car look shitty, but I guess it should be changed to finish this beautiful car. Just my opinion :)

I agree with u, since no one wants to share a working lightbar and they are hard to setup I used the original which IMO didnt ruin the car, but I am still going to look further into setting up a different lightbar. Trying to find an unlocked model I can just use the lightbar from and also looking more into how default lightbar is setup in zmodeler in case I cant get help or find a working one!

requiredExtras only makes it so that if you have.. Okay example.

Let's say that you have a car with 3 Lightbars, Each lightbar is an extra.

If you set all three of those extras under requiredExtras's the game will use ONE out of those 3 at random, but never more than 1 at a time.

If you ave Required A, B and C, it will use either A, or B, or C, But never more than one at a time. You should see if bxBuggs will help you if you want to put a better lightbar on this car, you can mention that me and you were talking about it.

not worried about credits, Yeah I made them. Anyone can use them. If I make textures, they're all opensource. People are going to do what they want with them anyway.

Took a closer look and found some bugs.

First, some holes under taillights, screenshot under spoiler. Vanilla and well-made cars have a (chrome-ish) substrate under the lamps, so after they off, substrate stays there, so no holes or something.

Second is chassis deformation. After a small crash I got my interior broken as hell. There's also a small clip in FPV, but it can be solved via tweaking vehicles.meta, I always do it on my own. Roof is also screwed and it's weird. Yes, it's realistic, but almost all custom cars available at the moment got solid roof to make FPV playing smooth (vanilla cars have it by default).

Third, there's a small gaps and holes in front of the car in some places around rambar (it's also hanging in air but I guess it's not a bug).
