LSPD/LSSD 2014 DODGE CHARGER PURSUIT 1.4L

Here's what's happening, if you can see from the photo. It appears the texture is 'rotating' and not flashing. How can I fix this?

I plan on trying to use this for the police(1) since i got other cars in the rest.

Have you messed with carvariations.meta for whichever slot you installed it in?

is it possible to only have one livery available in the game?

Nope. I have it in police2, and have not messed with the carvariations. Any idea what proper sirensettings are?

Just delete whichever liveries you don't want, using OpenIV.

Amazing work as always. I'm unfamiliar with the charger but are there supposed to be circular tailpipes within the exhaust tips? 

EDIT: The documentation mentions 8 liveries but I only see 4.

If you are using my sheriff's CVPI's & want to put in slot "police2" you will need to edit the carvariations.meta file that those CVPI's came found in mpchristmas2 common/data, you will need to edit it with notepad or another program find the "police2" line & change "police2" to "sheriff" or another slot you will moving the CVPI too. The charger will now work on "police2" slot.

That's very odd be sure to rebuild your vehicles.rpf & also make sure that it's not corrupting the file.

This is caused by the car carvariations.meta file depending what slot you put it over from the looks of it "police" or "sheriff" if you would like to use one of those slots you will need to make a new line in the carvariations.meta file & add in "police" & for the "SirenSettings" line will need to make sure it uses value "1" such as the "police4", "police2" & the "fbi" slots use by default.

Yes, there are 2 ways this can be done. One you can just replace the same livery over all 4 slots or you can edit the vehicles.meta file under flags & remove this line "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" for the vehicle slot you replaced it over.

Yes sorry about that the plan was 8 and in the update it will have 8. (What favorite skin do you want to see on it let me know via PM.)

Yea, I don't know what the issue is.  Same thing happens with your CVPI (the "non-slicktop" version).  I reinstalled the charger, but it crashed again

AMAZING Model. But when i use the spotlight on it there is always a big shadow infront of it so it doesnt work properly when the spotlight is turned on and aimed directly ahead. i have the angle it out about 45 degrees for it to be proper. any way to fix?

Could you post some pictures of what its doing as I don't use the spotlight mod.

Can someone explain with details how to use this in the "sheriff " slot and not have the issue with the rotating lights. Step by step please, and which carvariations file are we talking about? there are several

Hi, i replaced all the files in openIV. But the models wont appear in game, help!

Hey Bugs if i installed it through the x64e path ,  does that still install the radiance V ?  I am asking because i had it before i installed this car but it seems when i try to go change my radiance V to just bright it has no effect ?  I am trying to use the geforce game optimization thing not sure if you are fimiliar but for some reason when it makes everything look better graphics wise it seems to make the lighbar color look dim like more orange than white so trying to see if that would be a postfx graphic issue ?

do you have a folder labled "Mods" in your gta v main directory (where gta v was installed), if you dont create a mods folder like so...

then you want to copy the entire update folder (right click, copy, then in the mods folder past it) like so....

once thats done open up the tool Openiv and select gta v for windows, then double click the folders in this order: Mods> Update> x64> dlcpacks> patchday3ng> dlc> x64> levels> gta5> vehicle.rpf. once in the .rpf file simply drag and drop the .ytd and .ytf files that are named police2 like so... (MAKE SURE TO HIT EDIT BEFORE YOU DRAG AND DROP)... 

with this pic above you can see the location i went to and can see the files within the winrar that i am using. In this case i did not have to replace the carvariations nor the vehicle meta! hope this helps!

I know it shows patchday4ng to install the car to but patchday3ng works just as fine! no need to venture into other dlc folders to add a carvariation line or vehicle meta line!

how do i get that blue sheriff texture i cant find it in the ytd file
