🔑 Key Features (v1.5.0)

🚦 Traffic Stops

Smart stop detection with clean “Approach & press E” prompts.
Modular interaction menu for ID checks, citations, warnings, arrests, and more.

💬 Dialog System (New/Expanded)

Two layers:
- General Dialog (always available) loaded from GeneralDialog.xml.
- Symptom Dialog (conditional) loaded from SymptomDialog.xml.
Symptom questions render in red to clearly distinguish them from general lines.
Users can add unlimited questions and multiple <Symptom key="..."> entries per symptom; the system picks a random pool and response for variety.
Loaded automatically when going on duty and integrated into the Traffic Stop dialog menu.
Added dedicated Dialog Questions submenu to On-Foot Interaction.

📋 Full Citation System

Two dedicated UIs:
- Traffic Citation Form (with vehicle data).
- Ped Citation Form (on-foot only).
Supports multiple offenses, automatic fine calculation, summons toggle, and notes.
Penalty Points system (UK only).
Records stored in:
Plugins/LSPDFR/PolicerAdvanced/data/citations.xml.

⚖️ Court System

Citations and Arrest Reports generate real court cases.
Features TXD mugshots, case numbers, addresses, and verdicts (US/UK logic).
UK support includes penalty points & driving bans.
Cases stored in:
Plugins/LSPDFR/PolicerAdvanced/data/courtcases.xml.

🚶 On-Foot Ped Interaction

Context menu: ID check, warnings, on-foot citations, Follow/Stop Following, Grab/Dismiss.
Persona data stays consistent with vehicle stops.

🚔 Felony Stop System

Tactical control of driver/passengers at gunpoint:
- Orders: Turn off engine, Exit vehicle, Hands up, Drop weapon.
- Movement: Walk back, Step left/right, Kneel, Face directions.
- Actions: Detain suspect or Abort stop.
Requires pulling over a vehicle first (press F5).

👮 Partner & K9 System

Manage a human partner or K9 via Partner Menu (F9).
Commands: Follow, Stay, Dismiss, Move to Location, Search Vehicle.
K9s automatically use rear seats; partner model configurable in PolicerAdvanced.ini.

🚘 Vehicle Seizure System

Seize/impound vehicles during citations.
Occupants removed, vehicle logged in SeizedVehicles.xml.
Tow trucks dispatched, attach, drive away, and auto-cleanup.
Includes H override if tow takes too long.

🧑 Persona & Flag Detection

Unified persona shared across MDT, Radio, ANPR, and alerts.
Detects suspended license, expired insurance/registration, stolen vehicles, wanted suspects.

📻 Police Radio (Motorola-style)

Plate and Ped checks, Code 3 backup, tow, coroner, and more.
Full sound + visual feedback system.

🖥️ MDT / Police Computer

Gwen-based UI with multiple tabs:
- Person Lookup (with TXD mugshot).
- Vehicle Lookup.
- Citation Records.
- Arrest Reports.
Integrated with ANPR, court results, and all record databases.

📡 ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)

Live scanning for: owner wanted, invalid license, stolen vehicles, expired/none insurance/registration.
Triggers in-game alerts and dispatch radio playback.

Track verbal warnings.
Stored in:
Plugins/LSPDFR/PolicerAdvanced/data/warnings.xml.

📦 Contraband & Symptoms

Symptom-driven contraband injection (odor, jittery, bloodshot eyes, sweating, delayed responses, etc).
Fully expandable via ContrabandItems.xml.
Integrated drug & alcohol testing.
Symptom-driven dialog with randomized responses for immersive roleplay.

🌍 Ambient Events

Drunk Driver (swerving), Known Gang Vehicle, Bad State Vehicle.
Independent cooldowns and pursuit/stop logic.

🛠️ Vehicle Manager (F7)

Options: Search Vehicle, Open Trunk, Tint Reader, Tyre Tread.
Police-only options: Repair Vehicle, Restock Vehicle.
Future integration with the Evidence System.

Full MDT form: charges, officer details, auto-filled location/time.

Apply custom or vanilla police loadouts instantly in-game.

Designed to unify access for future systems like Partner, Vehicle, and Evidence management.
Open using the key defined under [Global] MainMenuKey in PolicerAdvanced.ini.

🚧 Road Management System

Deploy and manage roadside control tools directly in-game.
Place cones using a realistic placement animation and ground marker.
Deploy police barriers via cursor trace placement with automatic rotation.
Create interactive speed zones to slow nearby AI traffic temporarily.
Full cleanup options to remove individual or all placed objects.
Ideal for managing crash scenes, checkpoints, and investigations.

Drag & Drop the contents of the included GTA5 folder into your GTA V root.
Important: To avoid conflicts with Policer Advanced, disable the default LSPDFR traffic stop interaction keys.

Recommended Setup

Ensure your GTA V and LSPDFR installations are fully updated.
Use a clean plugin environment before testing new Policer Advanced versions.

Optional Addons

Ultimate Backup – for enhanced unit variety (optional, not required).
Vehicle mods – compatible with the ANPR and Seizure systems.

Controls & Access

On-Foot Ped Interaction Menu: L (near a stopped ped).
Vehicle Manager: F7 (configurable).
Traffic Stop Prompt: Approach vehicle → on-screen E prompt (when fully stopped).

(Other actions appear in menus; your existing LSPDFR keys still apply. See ini for key settings) All ini keys are in Plugins\LSPDFR\PolicerAdvanced.ini

How It All Ties Together

Start a traffic stop, use the menu to ID / cite / warn / arrest. Summonsed citations create court cases with realistic verdict logic and mugshots.
Use ANPR while patrolling to surface wanted owners, invalid licensing, or stolen/expired vehicles — triggers radio checks and UI alerts automatically.
On foot, use L-menu to manage peds consistently with vehicle stops (persona + flags unify all systems).
Vehicle Manager (F7) for quick inspections/tests, and police-only quality-of-life options.

Planned / Upcoming

Evidence System — Collect, catalog, and store items during searches. Evidence will tie into the MDT for reports and may influence court verdicts.
XP & Rank Progression — Earn experience for traffic stops, arrests, and completed events. Unlock higher ranks and see your progression in a dedicated pause-menu tab.
Expanded Radio SFX — More authentic dispatch chatter with randomized audio categories. Existing radio already supports custom .wav playback, and this phase will flesh out a full library.
AI Backup System — Call in Code 2 and Code 3 backup units during high-risk or combative stops. System will expand into tactical responses and unit variety.
Coroner System — Request coroner to remove deceased peds after violent incidents. Ties into realism systems for cleanup and notifications.

Disclaimer

Known Issues

MDT Flicker:

Some users may experience flickering of MDT forms when the game is not paused.
This occurs because GTA V and Gwen both require fibers at the same time.
Fix: Set `PauseGameOnOpen = true` in the `[MDT]` section of `PolicerAdvanced.ini`.
High-end PCs may not need this setting.

Tow Trucks Getting Stuck:
Tow trucks may sometimes get stuck or fail to navigate correctly.
This is a limitation of GTA V AI driving.
Use the `H` respawn feature to force a tow truck to respawn closer if it cannot reach the target.

AI Behavior:

Cones and barriers currently do not affect AI navigation.

Vehicle avoidance will be introduced in a future update.

Speed Zone Visuals:

Zones are functional but have no visible ground ring once placed (for performance reasons).

MDT Text Redner Overlap:

Text render has now been fixed by LMS. It will be in the next RPH update. (Both Legacy/Enhanced Version)

Thank you. There is part support already with the menus. Still building the many systems dude and i need to get the bases up and runing before i dive into full controller support. It is on my list and it will come at some point dude.

I have a few problems

The Keys on the Ini are complety diffrent.. when i get an new Key on ALPR the Police Computer Key changed in game.. this is with all Keys

and when i stop peds with L Menu the Peds run away.. i can not areest anybody anymore.. This plugin is a nice thing but for me this is not working at all

I Deletet STP and my other mods like Comuterlite and ALPR

I have problem, for some reason ıdk ANPR key ı set to F1 but it did not work at all even ı changed different key only the key '' I '' starts ANPR system but before There was nothing like this before so how can ı solve this ?

Its v1.2.0 I just dropped another update. Make sure you delete all old plugin files before updating to v1.2.0

@Sparky81hello! As a suggestion for the ultimate backup / special units portion of the mod could you add the use of trailers for ai backup?

Because I'm trying to get tiller ladder trucks to respond for fire and EMS and under BJ 's system nobody knew how to add it.

im not going to rate just yet but this plug is definitely on the right track but it is missing few things like controller support and when you call for tow truck should definitely let you choose between flat bed or wrecker just like stop the ped i do like the computer feature it reminds of the one from gta4 keep up the good work hope to see this mod goes above and beyond the lspdfr community

any chance of having a cad system implemented into this mod like a real time crime and reports.like if there is a crime happening we can respond via the cad system.a role play system like real time 911 calls coming in and we get to respond to certain callouts that the system tells you and in the background the callouts that you dont have access to still plays out in 911 calls coming in to dispatch via the cad system display

First of all, thanks for your hard work with this plugin. I'm looking forward to downloading it and giving it a shot tomorrow. I have a couple of quick questions first.

-How does this mod compare to PR as far as current options and features? I've been running PR for a few weeks, and find it somewhat lacking, surprisingly, since everyone thinks it's the greatest mod ever made. The lack of a built in court system in that mod, to me, is a huge bummer.

-I play on Steam Deck (yes, I have a fully capable gaming PC as well, but lounging on the couch or taking LSPDFR to go is so much better). I cannot, for the life of me, get an on screen keyboard to work with ANY plugin. Does your MDT require typing to fill in forms? Or can it be navigated with a controller and mouse?

Thank you dude. I agree with your comments.. Right now there is some controller support but not for the MDT. It is on my list to be added to the MDT, but there is far more i want to do with the MDT before adding controller support to it. Reason for this is in some citations forms and Arrest reports, you need to type. As for features. The backup system is in progress of stage 1, some testing is being done at the min. Backup xml's are based off UB xml's. Iv done it like this to make it easy for users to bring over there backup xml's to Policer Advanced. Yes it has Full compatibility with EUP. The backup system comes in the next update...

Hi, I need technical support assistance. I try to reach you on Discord, keep not letting me, so I do not know what else to do. Come, trying to open the computer and using the letter key. I is not showing up on the Police Computer. I really need some assistance. I do not know what else to do

If you can't join discord, then you might of been banned for whatever reason. Whats your discord username? MDT is working for everyone else. There are some guides in discord if you use more than 1 screen as 1 screen..
